Since moving, the closest H Mart is in Glenview β and right next door I spotted this Korean spot, perfect for a cozy meal. π² Wang Galbitang (Beef Short Rib Soup) β Huge, tender beef ribs simmered cleanly with scallion and jujube β simple, pure, and deeply comforting. π² Seolleongtang (Ox Bone Soup) β I got the βmeat medleyβ version with beef, tendon, tripe, and thin noodles. Like most seolleongtang, itβs lightly salted so you can season to taste. Just as good as Han Bat β hearty and nourishing. π² Beef Hot Pot β Sadly disappointing. Described as marinated beef with cabbage, mushrooms, and tofu, but the broth had visible blood foam floating on top β not appetizing. Would skip. π₯ Banchan β A small but welcome selection of free side dishes. Overall, solid for bone broth lovers.
