Traditional House — Restaurant in Bashkia Sarandë

Where to even begin. We had such high hopes coming here as we had seen all these positive reviews and the restaurant looked busy every night we passed it. So we came here on our last night in Ksamil but it was honestly the worst service I have ever had in my life. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I normally never get annoyed with waiters and never leave a bad review but this was just so shocking🫠 We ordered a side dish and two mains to share between two and we were waiting for at least 40 minutes, meanwhile other tables who came in after us were getting served their meals. We thought maybe that one of the dishes took a while to cook but we asked just incase how long the food would take. The waiter went to go check and came over and apologised saying an error happened and the order got lost and that they would put it through straight away. This we were absolutely fine with, mistakes happen we get that! Then they bring us out two of the dishes that we asked for which were very good, but while we were half way through these two dishes, he comes and tells us that the third dish, they don’t have anymore. This is obviously annoying as how has it taken them so long to tell us they don’t have something. They ask if we would like to pick something else (and they took their time bringing us a menu again) so we picked the musaka which the guy said no problem, it will be out in 10 minutes. We were happy to give them a 3rd chance to rectify the situation but they actually took 10 minutes to tell us that they didn’t have musaka either🥲. No proper apology either really considering how many times they messed up. We asked for the bill surprised to find that the musaka was still on the bill and no discount or comp had been offered for the inconvenience. I would love to rate this place more because the food we did receive was delicious but I cannot justify the service that...
