Le pavé d'alger — Restaurant in Alger-Centre

I was lucky to find a table, and the was greated, and then had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to take my order. The pizza royal was okay, I guess, But the ingredients weren't complimenting each other, because the blend of protein is cooked differently and severally, you could barely taste the spices, the ground meant could use some salt and black pepper and less cooking time, the chicken was over cooked, and tuned out tasteless like it was cooked in water. The Algerian sausage (mergaz) is a different taste. The pizza dough was nice, but I believe it is needed a little bit yeast. Some slices were taring and couldn't hold them, but the overall crust was nice, and salty when is cooped down, and then, the cheese choice was spot on, though and the sauce wasn't too strong either. The coffee is regular, nothing special, and the cheesecake doesn't need an extra poor of sweet. it's already perfect. Why spoil it with marmalade. I would suggest a different base, though. It was very good restaurant, you can feel they master gastronomy. Our dishes were too yummy Caesar Chicken crispy and Salade Algerienne. Un endroit magnifique au pied de la Grande Poste D’Alger une terrasse qui n’a rien à envier aux terrasses parisiennes ce serait plutôt l’inverse.

Malgré toute cette bonne volonté et ce cadre somptueux le service est le pire de toute ma vie! Un serveur manifestement agacé dès la première seconde qui prend la commande de personne arrivées avant nous.

A presque tous nos choix : cocktail banane makench, chantilly makench, fondant ? Faut compter 25 min d’attente. Un latte il semble se demander ce que c’est je lui explique un quart de café 3/4 de lait il me répond que non ça c’est une noisette je rétorque que noisette c’est l’inverse il me propose de me ramener le café et le lait séparément et de me débrouiller toute seule.
