Old — Restaurant in Bab Ezzouar

I’ve had a terrible experience at this restaurant, and I won’t be coming back. On my first visit, I found a bug in the sauce, which was absolutely disgusting. I decided to give them another chance, but this time, I found a hair in the rice.

To make matters worse, when I brought it to their attention, they only replaced my plate and made me wait, but they didn’t bother to change the rice bowl for everyone else. They didn’t apologize or address the issue properly—it felt like they didn’t care at all.

The chef was amazing, we loved everything we ordered, i give it a 9/10.

The service on the other hand, was not good at all, in fact i give it 1/10, the waiters were too slow, you have to call them or else they'll forget about you, they took too long to clean the table, prepare it, and we had to go get the menu ourselves.

If I'm paying that much money, i want to be served properly. I don't think I'll go again, 45+ minutes of waiting is a big no. Too bad, i...
