一次极其糟糕、令人愤怒的用餐体验！ 首先，服务员态度恶劣，上菜时一根薯条掉在桌子上，他居然当着我们的面直接用手捡起来放回盘子里！更过分的是，另一名服务员看到后竟然还嘲笑出声，把我们当瞎子一样！ 这个服务员甚至还说了带有歧视中国人的话，从头到尾没有一句道歉！ 最后一道甜品——土耳其冰淇淋里，我居然吃出了小石子！结果服务员依然没有任何道歉，也完全没有提出任何赔偿方案！ 整个过程糟糕透顶，令人愤怒，心情彻底毁掉！我绝不会再来！ ⸻

Une expérience de repas absolument HORRIBLE et RÉVOLTANTE ! Tout d’abord, le serveur avait une attitude exécrable. En servant, une frite est tombée sur la table et il a eu l’audace de la ramasser avec ses doigts et de la remettre dans l’assiette, juste devant nous ! Pire encore, un autre serveur qui a vu la scène a éclaté de rire, comme si nous étions aveugles ! Ce serveur a même prononcé des paroles discriminatoires envers les Chinois, sans jamais présenter la moindre excuse ! Et pour finir, dans le dessert – une glace turque – j’ai trouvé un petit caillou ! Et malgré cela, aucun mot d’excuse, aucune proposition de compensation ! Une expérience exécrable du début à la fin, qui m’a totalement dégoûté. Je n’y remettrai JAMAIS les pieds ! ⸻ تجربة طعام فظيعة ومقززة تثير الغضب! أولاً، كان النادل سيئ السلوك للغاية. أثناء تقديم الطعام سقطت حبة بطاطس مقلية على الطاولة، فقام أمام أعيننا بالتقاطها بيده وأعادها إلى الطبق! والأسوأ أن نادلاً آخر شاهد ذلك وضحك بصوت عالٍ، وكأننا عميان! هذا النادل تفوّه أيضًا بكلمات عنصرية ضد الصينيين، ولم يعتذر لنا إطلاقًا! وفي النهاية، في الحلوى – آيس كريم تركي – وجدتُ حصاة صغيرة بداخله! ومع ذلك لم يقدّم النادل أي اعتذار، ولا حتى عرض أي تعويض! تجربة بائسة من البداية إلى النهاية، أفسدت مزاجنا تمامًا، ولن أعود إلى هذا المكان أبدًا! ⸻ An absolutely HORRIBLE and INFURIATING dining experience! First of all, the waiter’s attitude was terrible. While serving, a French fry fell on the table, and shockingly, he picked it up with his bare hand and put it back on the plate right in front of us! To make it worse, another waiter saw this and laughed out loud, as if we were blind! That same waiter even made discriminatory remarks against Chinese people, and never once apologized! Finally, in the dessert – Turkish ice cream – I found a small stone! Yet the waiter still didn’t apologize and offered no compensation at all! From start to finish, it was disgusting and infuriating. It completely ruined my mood, and I will NEVER...

Casbah Istanbul was a huge disappointment. The prices were way too high for what they offer, and the quality of the food did not match the cost. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional.
