Opium Café — Restaurant in Hydra

Went on a Friday night so it was busy but we didn't wait that much to be seated. The staff is pleasant but the service was kinda slow .. I feel uncomfortable when I have to call the service multiple times to get things that were supposed to come automatically (salt , oils, sauces, water that I ordered, my soda that I ordered with my food and almost finished my food but still no soda ) and we were three two of us got our food and the other didn't until we almost finished eating. The food was alright, I asked for my meat to be well done half of it was and the other half wasn't ,(an entrecôte needs to be flatten a bit or it won't cook well inside it felt like they just slapped a piece of meat on the grill and called it a day , the rice was dry and hard ) The decoration , the vibes are good but too bad the service/food wasn't it for me maybe I'll give it...

I ate two times in this restaurant. The first time, a friendly waitress (short hair) served me. She took my order with nice smile and asked my feedback after my meal. It was a super nice experience. So the second time, I invited my friends to this restaurant. It was a super terrible experience.

The waitress had a terrible attitude, like she didn’t want to be there. The male cashier got our order wrong and didn’t confirm it with us.

We ordered spaghetti but got tagliatelle instead, and one dish was missing. Overall, the service depends too much on the staff’s mood — very unprofessional.

And it‘s not just me have bad service here.

J ai trouvé ce restaurant très moyen globalement , D abord l endroit est situé dans un sous sol où il n y a aucune ouverture, ce qui en fait un endroit peu aéré , peu éclairé et en plus l'endroit est assez petit, ça conviendrait mieux à une cafétéria mais pas un restaurant car le premier inconvénient reste le nombre limité de places assises ce qui laisse attendre longtemps les clients, c était notre cas on a attendu une heure pour pouvoir s attabler, il y avait même une table vide mais on a pas pu s y assoir car il n y avait pas de chaises !! Je n ai jamais été dans un restaurant où il manque des chaises?? L éclairage aussi était faible , c était sombre Une fois attablés, la moitié du menu n était pas disponible, je dis bien la moitié, à quoi bon mettre des plats et des entrées sur un menu et ensuite dire aux clients y en a pas?? Autre point qui m a vraiment pas plu c est qu'à notre arrivée il n y a avait personne pour nous accueillir, on était comme invisibles , personne ne nous a salué, en général même dans une gargote quand on entre il y a toujours une personne à l'accueil, j ai trouvé ce point très négatif.... en ce qui concerne la qualité des plats servis, je m attendais à mieux, c était bon mais pas excellent. Personnellement pour toutes ces raisons je ne reviendrai pas dans...
