We went for dinner, because of friend who saw that it reopened recently. Huge disappointment. Half of the things on the menu were not available for which we weren’t even informed in advance. We had to guess upon ordering. Entrées were nothing special (especially the quinoa salad which was sweet from all the balsamic they use). Please don’t put balsamic on all of your dishes, it doesn’t go along with everything. Main courses were first served wrongly, then took from our table and immediately served to another table and only then we received ours. Food was all cold - from side dishes to the fillet it self (some of us took lamb and they said it was okay). I ordered a medium rare fillet, I received a well done, couple of minutes later, I received a just seared one (blu).. desserts - creme brûlé, disappointing and not properly prepared. One expect that when in Algeria you’ll not have badly made desserts, well here we are. At the sole cost of 800 dinars. Also, first time in my life I happen to visit a restaurant and that they don’t serve coffee. biggest issue out of all is the smoke. Unfortunately, I had a reservation that was unexpectedly canceled without any prior notice. This was quite disappointing as I had made plans and was looking forward to a great night out.
Furthermore, I found the overall organization of the club to be lacking. There seemed to be a lack of coordination among the staff, which resulted in confusion and a chaotic atmosphere. Additionally, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from some of your staff members, which further dampened my experience.
As a loyal customer, I believe it's important to provide feedback in order to help improve the overall customer experience. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Read moreThis place has really gone downhill, and it’s disappointing to see. It used to be one of my favorite spots in Algiers, but after my last visit, I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was off. The security guy at the door didn’t even greet all of us, not a simple ‘good evening’ or any sign of basic hospitality. Once inside, things got worse.
One of the waiters was outright confrontational. Every time he passed by me, he physically pushed me with his body, not once, not twice, but more than three times. It wasn’t accidental; it felt deliberate, as if he was trying to intimidate me.
A friend of mine had actually complained about this same waiter in the past, but I personally had no issues with him before, until now.
It’s really sad to see a place that once had a great vibe become so unpleasant. If management doesn’t step in to fix these serious service issues, they’ll keep losing...
