Very disappointed by the customer service. On a Sunday at 15h15 I was told to order fast as they want to close at 16h. I came all the way to have a fondue, and due to the pressure of chosing quickly I ended up ordering something I hadn't been keen on. My husband has ordered a meal in the restaurant right next door, thinking it was the same place. When he realized it wasn't, he kindly asked the manager of the restaurant if he could please bring his food and eat with me at my table (restaurant was almost empty). The manager's answer was very rude, abrupt and dismissive, so my partner and I ended up eating on our own. Working in the hospitality sector myself, I think neither the time pressure put on me nor chasing my husband out of the restaurant for wanting to bring a burger bought in the neighboring restaurant has left us with a very bad image of this place. My dish wasn't served warm and it not at all a fondue, which is what I had been asking for recommendation for. My mistake though as I had allowed to be rushed...

We went there and had the vegetarian cheese fondue. The cheese is served in a small bread and the vegetables are served hot on a plate. You also get oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, so you can spice the food up to your liking. We also ordered a fanta and a beer. The only thing that bothered us was, that there is no menu for the drinks. But the food was fantastic, the location is ideal and the service was really good. The restaurant has a cosy atmosphere and the service is very welcoming. They also speak good english so there weren't any problems with the communication. They also had a homemade chocolate tequila that was extremely delicious. Also the prices were reasonable. I would definitely go there again....

Fuimos a este lugar a cenar, por tener un concepto diferente a lo que sueles encontrarte. Pedimos carne a la piedra y fondue de queso para dos. Y de postre fondue de chocolate con leche y fruta. Comimos de maravilla y el servicio fue realmente bien. El precio nos pareció elevado, más de 40 euros por persona, pero comimos bien y es lo que nos importa.

Sin embargo, nos ocurrió algo que nos incomodó bastante. Y es que, al pedir el postre (fondue de chocolate con leche y fruta), nos trajeron más bien un cuenco de chocolate. Hasta aquí sin pegas, pero nos pareció que estaba algo frío. De forma prudente le preguntamos al que parecía ser el propietario si era así o si debería estar caliente, y nos confirmó que tenía que estar caliente, y tras comprobarlo él mismo, de forma inmediata lo mandó calentar. Al rato, bajó el cocinero, que parecía estar algo molesto porque le escuchamos quejarse de que no estaba frío, que nos lo había puesto como a los demás, lo cual no entendimos, porque no nos tiene por qué gustar como a los demás, sobre todo cuando estas pagando 17 euros por un postre (como a quien le gusta la carne más o menos hecha). Después de pagar, y en el momento de irnos, el propietario nos preguntó si habíamos cenado bien, y tras contestar que “muy bien” nos preguntó de donde veníamos. Tras decirle que de Madrid, el cocinero dijo “lo sabía” y el propietario dijo, se supone que en broma “fuera de aquí”, sin en ningún momento desmentirla. Y eso, después de todo, nos hizo sentir despreciados, y nos amargó una buena cena. Nos pareció de mal gusto la broma, y bastante inadecuado que el cocinero tenga que opinar sobre cómo nos tenemos que tomar el postre que vale lo que vale. Por ello tras haber comido bien, no lo...
