I will admit this is my first time here and likely to be my last. The vibes were lovely but reserved. Gentle, but ill placed lights dotted the establishment, with oldies playing in the background, which was quite nice. However the fact that this restaurant had a 2 and half hour wait time for mediocre food reallydrove the experience down. What really soured the experience was the abysmal service from a bespectacled lady. She showed visible irritation on multiple occasions that did not warrant it. The said occasions? We informed her that we had separate bills and she sighed and exasperatedly started scribbling. There were 13 of us, that is a lot I admit, however if this is a problem don't offer this option. Next, on multiple occasions while ordering, she rolled her eyes when we ordered, and replied in exasperated tones. I understand that serving persons cannot always be easy however, there is a level of grace and decorum that is expected at this price point. Anyone can have a bad day but I expect better of any establishment than to have such poor customer service. Now for the food, as said before mediocre at best. I ordered a medium rare burger and the patty was still mooing and tasted strongly of MSG. Now I actually like MSG, and is it truly caribbean cooking without it? So I that's forgivable. However, the fries were more akin to mashed potatoes and tasted stringly of reused oil. Also, my more benevolent friends informed me that their food was not the most seasoned. The lobster was overcooked and ribs were undercooked. Also the indulgent pie tasted like decidedly un-fresh. The drinks were fine. Strangely enough, the pina colada was virginal on two occasions, despite asking for otherwise. All in all it would've been a decent experience if not for the terrible customer service. I do believe it was just that one lady as the other severs seemed more agreeable. If you like pretty lights and a vapid establishment with no substance please feel free to waste your money, on things you can find for better at...

DO NOT RECOMMEND , we arrived at the restaurant friendly enough sat us down, the place was nice and seem a little busy (3 tables) . After 15 minutes of sitting there they didn’t give us a drinks menu or even attempt to ask us what we wanted. Eventually I had to ask for a menu then later on the person who served us apologised. We ordered the drinks and came quite quick. My mum ordered prawn cocktail salad thing on the menu saying comes with tangy sauce, I ordered some chicken while my dad ordered the fish of the day. We WAITED 40 minutes for our food to arrive bearing in mind that there was about 1 table that ordered about 2-3 dishes before us. We got our food, my chicken was cooked nicely the salad was mixed up I asked for a potato salad which I didn’t get, so I asked them for one and got me one. My dads dish was good aswell. My mums dish was disgraceful more than half of her dish was just salad, about three to four prawns and no tangy sauce whatsoever. we complained politely to the waitress and got our server to address the situation. she was awful very back chatty and was not polite “ well another person had one just like yours” it doesn’t matter if they did or not my mum was not happy. We also mentioned that we sat at the table for 15 minutes with no one asking us if we wanted drinks or a menu. She got annoyed at us and said that her waitress asked us if we wanted drinks which was a total lie. After all of that we had a agreement or should I say told her to take it off the bill. 13-15 pounds in English money was a absolute rip off. She brought us the bill and said to us “ you are not welcome here anymore leave” despite the fact she had been so argumentative with us and now they are basically banning us is pathetic. Didn’t really care as I was not gonna go back there again. Before we left she said my mum was cheeky so and so. It just shows the reason why they don’t want you come back their again because they don’t want their reputation ruined! Understaffed &...

This place was just awful. We were at the restaurant for over 2 1/2 hours. It was on Mother’s Day and I made reservations. We got there and found out they changed their menu for the night and were not serving anything from their normal menu. I always check menus and reviews before I go to a restaurant. I wanted to eat their whole grilled fish, which isn’t a lot to ask for on an island vacation. And the items they had on this one time menu were either not things we ate or wanted to eat. We felt like it was too late to go anywhere else, so we just ordered the chicken and salmon, with a salmon appetizer, that is how bizarre this menu was. After 1 1/2 hours, I asked the waitress if we can please have the appetizer. She said it’s on the way. All the staff, as if trained, made every effort to not make eye contact with the customers. They literally looked down when walking around. When the food finally arrived, they gave me the appetizer instead of my entree. The waitress apologized but that was it. There was no effort to correct this. I ate an appetizer for dinner, no entree. Then it took them over 30-40 minutes to simply bring the bill. The restaurant was not full to capacity and the entire time there was 3-4 people standing at the bar/entrance talking to each other. We were blown away by the whole experience and started bonding with the couples sitting next to us about how unacceptable the whole experience was. Yes, it was a holiday but also it’s not my first time eating out on a holiday and not their first time operating a restaurant on a holiday. It’s a miracle they have stayed...

Our first meal in Antigua was at Miracles and we got an extremely warm welcome the first time we walked in at 4 pm on a Tuesday evening. Little Faith was studying at the entrance and we headed to the main counter to place an order for some Roti's... We ordered 3 x Chicken Roti's and 1 x Veggie Roti to go, while enjoying some chilled Wadadli... Service was quick and food was excellent. Being a vegetarian, I could only tell by the expression on my friends faces (and the repeat orders) that the chicken roti definitely hit the spot for them! Food was a little overpriced to our liking, but service, taste, and ambience is just spot on! Tip: order ahead if you are placing an order for pick-up, especially for dinner. They do tend to get busy and we felt they were slightly understaffed. But hey, island life 🏝️ overall seemed chilled!

The restaurant has a live vibe inside and out! They don’t open until 5pm though. But once they open, the place is lit up like there’s a party inside. The restaurant has several tables and a small bar. Nice ambiance inside, kinda dim, so if you want a dim lit place this is the spot. They served Caribbean food of course, Roti, chicken, vegetarian and more. They presented it on a lovely square plate, so pretty. The staff were very nice and attentive. The one thing I recognized is most restaurants in Antigua is that the bottled water is quiet expensive, more than what I would pay in the US. But, it’s good water so can’t complain. The restaurant is located near Jolly beach so if care to take a walk it’s just few minutes walk down to the beach.
