This restaurant is 5 start, I am taking away 1 star because of the drive. It may seem little to many but as 2 women driving there, the gps took us on a back road. I was very skeptical but we reached so far to turn back around. When I realized the car could not make it up the rocky dark road, I got scared and I reached out to the customer care where Mikala tried her best to give me directions. We decided to turn back, as the car was sliding and we almost got stuck in the mud. When we finally made it out the back road and back to the Main Street I called Mikala again once in better phone service, she directed us to Nonsuch bay Resort. I wish there was a way for google to remove that route as it was scary getting stuck there.

Once we got to the restaurant the hostess LeWanda was very nice. She asked if we had reservations to where I did not know I had to make. She explained it was a very busy night and she would try her best to accommodate us. I explained to her how we got lost and she was very understanding. She even told us to leave the car and she would have someone move it for us as she realized we were a bit all over being lost. From here on the experience got so much better. Our waitress Makayla took our drink orders. Great recommendations i enjoyed my drink. We were then given a table where we ordered food. The food was amazing. Tyler bought out my oysters and made conversations with us. The staff was so welcoming that we forgot about getting lost before. Shazi the floor manager he came over and introduced himself. I really enjoyed the conversation with him. All in all, the restaurant is a gem, the drive however is a killer.

I suggest bigger Rokuni signs because as a driver esp at night it is very easy to miss the sign.

The gps told us to turn right on “Adari Road”, I think there should be a sign right at that corner directing people to go straight. That road is dangerous and that is where the gps sent us.

Overall i highly recommend this place, I even ordered food to go and the Sour sop pina colada was amazing.

The food was worth the drive, but the employees Lewanda, Shazi, Tyler(main waitress), and both Makaylas (receptionist and first waitress) made the experience 100 times worth it. Catch me on ig...

First time dinning at Rokuni and was very disappointed from the meals to the service from staff. We felt rushed the entire time we got in and we also felt like a bother to the staff members. Our server was constantly rushing us to take our order, the starters were great, sushi was amazing however, after receiving our main, which was the chowmein dish it was highlighted with garlic overpowering our meal throughout we sent it back to the kitchen and we were limited to only a few options because the kitchen was “closing” we was told this at 10pm. After this issue arise we could tell as two poc that the staff were talking about us and making it very obvious. After receiving the drummettes which was our substitute for the chowmein they were not cooked properly! Disappoint after another as someone who works in the hospitality industry I’ve never experienced a night like this anywhere in Antigua. I ordered a ‘French 75’ and I was told by my server they don’t have that, I asked her “how come?” It’s gin champagne and lime juice I’m convinced the server didn’t understand my order or forget my order, after the bartender brought my drink as I asked shout out to him he makes great drinks however for me, I will not be...

Came here for dinner and sadly didn't get dinner. Starters came with Sesame and I explained I couldn't have it due to an allergy. So they took it back and redid it. My main came and it was covered in Sesame. So again had to explain I couldn't have it. So they said they would do something else. I was there for an hour and a half and all I had was a drink and one bun. You would think after stating that I couldn't have sesame on my starter that they would have taken note. I got so fed up of waiting for something to eat that I just asked for the bill. By the time the bill came, they came with the alternative but honestly I was past hungry. The person I was with already finished their main and we were just sat waiting. What was meant to be my starter came out with their main. They took off the food that I didn't have from the bill. I was really disappointed after all the rave reviews about this place. I should have just had the food at the resort. I will not come...

This restaurant is situated on the eastern coast of Antigua in Willikies, looking out across Nonsuch Bay towards Devils Bridge. Given its remote location on the edge of Tropical Island Suites Resort, Rokuni feels like a bit of a trek to get to, but my goodness it’s worth it. Walking into its spacious and beautifully appointed foyer, with independent bar and sea view seating area along it’s balcony, everything screams quality and attention to detail. Moving through into the dining area overlooking the bay there is an outdoor pool surrounded by day beds, everything feels relaxed and stylish. The Asian influenced dishes we tried were of a very good standard, and the cocktails flawless. The staff were all highly attentive and accommodating, from the kind fella that parked our car, to Alex Grimley one of the Rock Group founders who is perhaps one of the loveliest blokes on earth. Highly recommended.
