El Ñandú — Restaurant in Acassuso

After overdosing in the land of the best meat, cheese and bread, I was craving something lighter but still rich in taste. Thats exactly what I found at El Ñandu. After I ordered, I watched healthy plates of steak, milanesa, fritas and pizza come out and almost regretted my choice until a big beautiful tray with a grilled salmon stuffed with a guacamole puree was set in front of me aside a bed of the freshest salad. The flavors were rich and all of the food on the plate complemented each other perfectly. I can't stop thinking about it even 2 weeks later. Go! Take a large party as there's something for every craving and the vibe is great with an outdoor patio surrounded by big, beautiful trees at a location close...

One of the worst steakhouses I've ever tried. We were just a party of two on Monday evening and the host accomodate us in a small table for two while the large tables were empty, although our request to be seated in a large table. Of course and after a while, parties of two were accomodated in large tables while we were unconfortable in a small table. We asked for a sausage (chorizo) to be share as an appetizer. The sausage was of lousy qualilty filled with shredded bread. We requested short ribs and instead we received an uneatable skirt roast impossible to be swallowed. Never again I will eat at the Ñandu....

Me dirijo a ustedes con la intención de manifestar una serie de experiencias profundamente decepcionantes ocurridas en su establecimiento. Durante mis visitas he encontrado múltiples irregularidades que no deberían presentarse en un restaurante que pretende mantener un estándar de calidad aceptable.

En una ocasión, se me sirvió carne en evidente estado de descomposición. Ingerí un bocado, lo cual me generó una preocupación legítima por una posible intoxicación. La única compensación ofrecida fue un flan, algo absolutamente insuficiente considerando la gravedad del incidente.

En otra oportunidad, se me sirvió una cazuela de zapallo completamente fría, claramente recalentada desde el freezer, lo cual demuestra una negligencia alarmante en el manejo de alimentos. Además, se me entregó una parrillada de vegetales con batatas podridas, sin ofrecer disculpas o compensaciones adecuadas.

La constante falta de consideración hacia el cliente es inaceptable. Como alguien que aprecia la buena gastronomía, he optado por dejar de frecuentar su establecimiento. Considero apropiado que ofrezcan una cena completa y un gesto de cortesía, , para que pueda reconsiderar mis opiniones y actualizar mi reseña al respecto.
