A friend and I were greeted with the menus and came quickly after but due to our chatting, we had asked for a couple more minutes. Unfortunately the lady who attended us took a bit too long to come back to us. After we had ordered, it took a whiiiiiile for us to receive our one cheese scone and two drinks. The people that had sat behind us with 6 people had gotten their lattes before us…. We finally got our drinks but my friend’s latte was room temperature (clearly from it having been put aside instead of already serving it to us the moment it was ready). Our total was 2,900. (1000$ for my friend’s latte and 1,900 for my lemonade & cheese scone. I put a 1000 peso bill, a 500 and 4 one hundred bills. My friend added a 100 tip. The lady came back and told us that there was a 10% discount when paying with cash and yet she said we owed them 100 pesos more…??? She had come out with a new receipt that said 2,600 but without the money we had given her to physically confirm what we gave her. Clearly our server took the 400 for herself and had asked us for another 100 to make it a total of 2,600. We went to clarify that we had paid exactly 2,900 plus a 100$ tip and the guy behind the cash register said that they didn’t receive the full amount. The girl looked at me as if we were in the wrong when we fully knew what we had put down. I wouldn’t recommend this spot because of this situation. To the Owners/Managers: I recommend having cameras outside because your servers be sneaky. Or honestly, just better servers because she full on...

Fuimos el domingo 20 de julio por la tarde (día del amigo) Conseguimos mesa adentro. Tienen unas 7 mesas dentro y otras 2 en la vereda. El lugar es adecuado, pero... Pedimos 2 chocolatadas calientes y 2 café con leche, budín, torta de chocolate y dos medialunas. Eran 3 empleados más el dueño del lugar. Tardaron 45' en traernos el pedido (sin contar las bebidas calientes) y 15 minutos después nos sirven 2 chocolatadas frías!! Al momento les indicamos que las pedimos calientes. 20 minutos después recién las trajeron... pero nunca el café con leche. Ya cansados de esperar le pedimos la cuenta, y nos estaban cobrando los dos cafés. Reclamamos y no nos lo cobraron y nos dieron unas cookies, pero... Si tenés una cafetería y no podés gestionar la entrega de los pedidos de café, estás teniendo un problema grave!!! A menos que fuera intencional, no se. Estaba con mi cuñada, mi tía y mi nena de 4 años. No somos ni frecuentamos la zona. No se qué pensar. El dueño nos pidió disculpas, pero es que es algo que directamente no puede pasarte nunca. Por momentos el personal estaba ocioso. Previo a pagar les señalamos 2 veces la entrega del café. No puedo calificar positivamente el servicio. La comida estaba muy bien. Las cookies también.
