Mostaza — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

One of the staple fast food chains in Buenos Aires that rivals the classics easily. In my honest, objective opinion, I'd dare say that Mostaza is even better and tastier than the others!

The food was very fresh and tasty. Easily the best fast food burger I've had so far. And FINALLY. Amazing fries. True, crispy, crunchy and seasoned fries. It was a sight to behold.

I always wondered why the Mostaza restaurants look so packed all the time. Now I understand. I don't trust myself since there's a spot near my place. Gotta increase the workouts to 8 times a week cuz you're gonna find me in there twice as much, the way that chicken sandwich slapped. And I mean slapped. It tasted so fresh I think I heard the chicken squeal in the back of the kitchen or maybe it was the sound I made from childlike excitement after my first bite.

Possibly one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had in my life. We tried ordering at one of the machines in the front and then it turns out you can only pay with QR, not credit card. Then I order a double bacon cheeseburger, which came without bacon and only had mayo and cheese on it. Also there was soda spilled all over the floor so it was extremely sticky and there was nowhere to walk. All of the tables had piles of garbage on them and there was nowhere to sit. There was nothing good about this experience - the food wasn't even good and it was way overpriced. I recommend no one...

Cómo puede ser que una cadena tan importante elija a chicos/chicas que , a pesar de ya tener dos meses de abierto, no sepan cómo organizarse. No tuvieron capacitación?? Son de terror!! Dan vueltas y vueltas y no terminan un pedido. Se han juntado 3 personas una mañana, esperando más de 10 minutos para un simple desayuno. Tres empleadas atrás del mostrador dando vueltas y no se armaba una sola bandeja. Menos mal que salio una supervisora a poner orden. Hoy fui, dando otra oportunidad, no había nadie, y con mala onda me mandaron a la pantalla de la puerta para pedir un desayuno!!???? Que onda? No se usa eso cuando hay mucha gente,? Encima, ésta no andaba. Hice el pedido en la caja. Esa misma chica, abrió un armario y dejó afuera todo el plástico de unas bolsas de adentro , fuera de la puerta por no agacharse a arreglarlo y meterlo para que quede prolijo como corresponde . Después, la que armaba el pedido me preguntó que quería. No tenés la orden? Era un latte con Medialunas y un capuccino con medialunas con jamón y queso. Estuvo no se cuánto tiempo para armar esos desayunos. Me daba solo una medialuna con jamón y queso, había dejado la otra en la bandeja de la cocina o despacho, me daba un café de más..........no me daba servilletas, en fin, desastroso!!!! No me quiero imaginar cuando se junta gente a la hora de almuerzo o cena. Horrible!! Una lastima, pq para mí son las mejores hamburguesas del tipo fast food y los desayunos son económicos, sin mucha pretensión. Si no querés perder tiempo, anda a otro lado....
