Cucina Paradiso has the best fresh pasta and cannoli to enjoy the real Italian culinary experience. We have been twice before the pandemic and even had the opportunity to meet Donato! The great chef behind this wonderful menu. However dear this place is to us, the remodeling made to the venue ruined our experience. Now the closeness of the tables makes the ambiance a communal one and because of that, a very loud space. As you can see in the picture, I was trapped between the neighbor tables. No one took care of our coats and there is no physical place to put them, so I just had them next to me. I was sitting on a comfortable side to side bench against the window wall, and the neighbor diners were so close, they sat on our coats. It was even difficult for the waitress to listen to the customers, we could hear her asking for the orders again while leaning on to the diners. We asked for an Agnolotti del Plin with osobuco and we noticed our pasta was sweet and had no meat, so I asked her if this was the dish. Instead of apologizing for the mistake or offering to change the order, she said that it was a squash pasta, because that is what she heard that we ordered. I felt I was eating in a birdcage and the waitress was obnoxious, she even took our focaccia from the table without asking! However I must say that the quality of the dishes is superb and there was a man pouring the beverages that night that was the only welcoming soul in that place, Pablo was his name I believe. We love Cucina Paradiso, we really wish someone would change the remodeling setting, so customers could go through a more enjoyable experience. Read moreI came to the restaurant expecting the cusine of chef Donato de Santis. It was going to be my first experience of going to a chef's restaurant. The first thing to say is that the restaurant is not fancy nor fine dining, its a trattoria, which means its a restaurant for the masses. But althought its not fancy, you still pay more for the chef's name that for the food. Appetizers cost around 800 to 1000 pesos, and a main dish costs around 1250 to 2000 ( the highest being around 3250 ). The attention was inmediat, the waiters were causious and helpful, we asked for the Bruschettas, the pappardelle toscana and the ravioli genovesi. First they brought a focaccia, It... Was... Outstanding. The taste was salty and spicy, you felt every spice on it and it was so great. The bruschettas were the best ones on them were simply tastful. The ravioli were also amazing, you felt everything on it. And what amazed me all of it was my dish, the pappardelle.
You know that sensation when you eat something and know its good quality. No?, well it was my first time having this sensation in a restaurant, you felt the egg in the pasta, the fungi humidity, the rabbit dryness and everything together felt like anything i've ever tryed on a pasta. Simply explendid.
Conclution: Dont imagine a fancy restaurant with 16 course meals, this place is tranquil, cozy and delicious. Come here knowing that you will have to pay something kinda pricing, but is worth the payment by every cent.
10/10.

Read moreWe recently visited Cursina Paradiso Ristorante with a group of colleagues from the hospitality and hotel industry from Aruba— all of us passionate foodies — and it was truly a home run.
What makes this restaurant stand out is that it’s completely gluten-free. In a time when many restaurants may only offer one or two gluten-free dishes, Cursina Paradiso delivers an entire menu that is safe, creative, and absolutely delicious.
The food was outstanding. The arancini were a highlight — perfectly made and full of flavor. We also tried several pastas, including a pumpkin-filled option that was exceptional. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and showed real care in execution.
Beyond the food, the concept itself deserves recognition. Cheers to the staff and to the owner for bringing this idea to life and making dining both inclusive and gourmet. It’s not just a great gluten-free restaurant — it’s a fantastic restaurant, period.
