Outstanding place! Me and my husband went there today and had one of our BEST experiences in Buenos-Aires. Highly recommended. Place was packed, so they offered a table outside for when we were waiting for a table inside. They have a heater and provided me with a blanket for a comfortable experience. Loved it, felt like a princess. The sommelier Andres is a very pleasant and helpful person (Speaks English extremely well, which is always a huge plus for a foreign traveler). He takes his job seriously and offers you the best experience with wine. He showed us their wine cellar, explained all the flavors and provided the sommelier expertise whenever the opportunity arose. They provided us with outside seating, a heater and a blanket for my wife. Amazing wine selection, a tour of the cellar and just overall phenomenal service.
Andres is an amazing server, he speaks English very well and offers a rich history of wine. If you're looking for a well versed sommelier, please request him. The owner is more than kind. He's dying to meet your expectations and ensure you have a high quality experience. I've never been treated so well. This is a highlight of Argentina, of Buenos Aires, of the world.
A 5 star experience, in...

Hundreds of wines to chose from (by the bottle, mainly), ranging from the cheapest Spanish to the most expensive Argentinean, most of them overpriced. Prices are not displayed so you need to ask one by one, and by all means do (some of them cost several hundreds of dollars). To avoid surprises, I suggest you set a price limit and only then ask the sommelier for his recommendations. The sommelier often participated of our group’s conversation, which we found a bit odd. Overall, a nice experience that could be enhanced by more sensible pricing and better food to go with. The downstairs cellar...
