TLDR; The drinks and food are decent. The service is slow.

I came here on a Wednesday evening with two friends. There were available tables both inside and outside. We were ignored for the first 30 minutes we were seated until we flagged down a waiter. It was another 30 minutes until he returned with bread, crackers and cheese for the table. Our drinks arrived after our food did. Their happy hour offers two drinks for the price (per person) of one between 6 and 9pm; you just have to order the first one before 9pm. The pizza, salad, mozzarella sticks and tacos were all decent. My friend loved her strawberry daiquiri. If you have the time and the patience this isn't a bad spot but if you want to get in and get out I'd go eat...

Ate here a few times. Seems the staff is always poorly trained and new. This last experience however was reason enough for us not to return again unless we see it undergo new ownership. The location is excellent, ambient very nice; but poor service. Chipped glass, old lemon aid (tasted watered down, warm as the ice in the bottle quickly melted in minutes on a cool day) served in a bottle that looked dirty, waitress less than attentive, and no menus provided (use your phone to see their webpage). Yesterday’s oily french fries served. We like the place, nice location, ambience I rate 5*; but ....well sadly they can’t keep a staff that treats...

Para comenzar a desarrollar, debo indicar que trabaje casi un año allí, y desde esa perspectiva, se podría decir que un turno y otro no concordaban con las mismas rutinas, sin embargo (turno mañana) con mi equipo dábamos lo mejor en cuanto a tiempo, calidad y respeto. Mi equipo estaba conformado por mi encargado, Luis quien era un solucionador y aún sigue alli, la cajera y las mozas entre ellas resaltar a Noe, mi bella compañera quien siempre en corrección y acorde a sus valores y experiencia, daba el mejor servicio, preocupándose siempre de forma anticipada, para el desarrollo del servicio de desayuno y almuerzo, y en la salida, de retirarse de su turno de una forma correcta, siempre corroborando que los clientes salieran satisfechos y conformes del local. El lugar es hermoso, tiene sus espacios donde poder relajarse, e ir a disfrutar. Los inconvenientes pueden surgir por cuestiones de rapidez en cuanto a la llegada del pedido, o de la buena distribución de mozos en los sectores. Pero seguramente la gerencia se ocupará de una buena organización en coordinación con la cocina, cafeteria y mozos que puedan sortear este desliz. No dudo que la persona que pueda capacitar a un buen equipo ya se encuentra trabajando allí hace tiempo y que los dueños puedan darle ese espacio para mejorar y brillar aún más este pequeño y hermoso espacio, que solo le falta unificar conceptos y estrategias.
