The Van Burger — Restaurant in Puerto Iguazú

The burgers were ok. The patties were like half the diameter of the bun so wasn’t particularly edible. The bottom bun was soggy because it comes on a wooden board and grease paper (the paper also goes soggy and sticks to the bun - see photo).

One of the cheeses in the 4 cheese burger is blue cheese, which is quite a love/hate cheese so would be helpful to mention this on the menu for some people to avoid if they aren’t fans of it.

All in all, it’s fairly inexpensive and a decent portion but there’s some things I think could be done better! (Make the beef patty thinner...

The burgers were great; absolutely delicious and nicely cooked. Only issue was that it took 45 minutes for our two burgers to arrive and the restaurant wasn't even busy (around 7pm on a Monday). We were on the verge of asking where our burgers were (we waited 45 minutes, how British..) when they arrived and to be honest they were amazing, just need to shorten that waiting time; it is a burger after all, even though their slogan is "slow food". Delicious at the end of the day and got sauce all over...

Terrible terrible service. The cashier handed me back a big stack of 10 peso bills claiming she did not have change. After I refused to almost walked out she then gave me my change in 50 and 100 peso bills. Unacceptable service.

Then I asked the same cashier if I can have my fries served first since the burger patties take a while to cook and she refused. I then went straight to the chef to ask him and he said yes. The service here is...
