We had the immense pleasure of dining at Don Salvador recently, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the heart of Salza, this gem offers a culinary journey that leaves a lasting impression.

🍽️ Filet Don Salvador: The star of the evening, this dish was a symphony of flavors. The filet was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with a rich, savory taste that danced on the palate. The accompanying sides enhanced the dish beautifully, making each bite a delightful experience.

🍴 Lamb Panzotis: A true masterpiece, the Lamb Panzotis were exquisitely prepared, with the perfect balance of tender lamb and delicate pasta. The sauce was a harmonious blend of flavors that complemented the dish perfectly, leaving us craving more.

Really wonderful service & a delicious meal for a very reasonable price given the quality. I was served by the lovely Christian & he was perfectly attentive without being invasive. I ordered the Filet Don Salvador and it was delicious (though very rich, which I love!). I was so chuffed with the glass of champagne to start & the bread course was lovely too. With a huge glass of Malbec gran reserva, everything came to less than $15000. I’ve paid more in Salta in much less impressive places. I was also really impressed by the way they treated a couple of different guests who were celebrating their birthdays, a real sign of great service :)...

Elected to eat here, concluding a 2 week holiday around Brazil and Argentina. Google and TripAdvisor reviews were very positive and we weren't disappointed at all!

The restaurant is located in a hotel off the main street. The service was fantastic, with a great wine selection & diverse menu. We had a phenomenal time and really enjoyed celebrating our last night at Don Salvador!
