Their salteñas are absolutely outstanding - perfect with a deliciously soupy filling (what sets them apart from empanadas).

The restaurant is charming, with a lovely inner courtyard that creates a perfect atmosphere for dining. The staff, though clearly stretched thin, maintain their friendliness even during the busiest times.

Pro tip: Try to arrive before the lunch rush for the best experience. During peak hours, the wait can stretch up to an hour, though the salteñas are worth the patience. If you're in a hurry, their takeaway service tends to move more quickly.

While the service could be speedier with more staff, the exceptional quality of their salteñas makes this place a must-visit. You simply won't find better...

Really really loved this place, such cute atmosphere and the service was just lovely. The empanadas were crazy good. We tried the larger chicken empanada, I think it’s called a Bolivian empanada? It was very tasty and unique. The dough was sweeter. there was broth inside the empanada dough along with the filling, so it was almost like a little of chicken soup inside of an empanada filling? So while it was super tasty, it was slightly awkward to eat. I highly recommend the Provoleta, baked provolone cheese with herbs in an iron skillet. We are completely obsessed with it now. We also had a small bottle of a locally produced lime soda which was super good. We liked it so much. We’re...

This little place was recommended by a friend, and gee, how delicious the experience was! The place specializes in one thing, and those are empanadas. They are prepared on the spot, juicy and extremely tasty. My favourite one was the Potosina, but they are all very good. And the salsa is one of the best tomato salsas I have ever tried. The desert was a must as it was too eyecatching as to forgo. Oh, and the interior courtyard with the tables under the blue sky and surrounded by potted plans also contributed to the whole...

I had some good empanadas in Argentina but this is next level. Maybe two levels up. The cheese served in a small iron skillet is also good. Friendly service. Highly recommended. If they served empanadas like this in London or NYC there would be a line around the block. Empanadas are cooked in the wood fired oven within the restaurant. All customers seemed to be local unlike the main recommended empanadas restaurant nearby. Oh and the salsa - actual picante, didn't know it was possible in this country.
