TBC — Restaurant in Tigre

We were very excited to enjoy this location with riverfront view. We sat down to order ordered breakfast. The waitress came over and provided us with the menu. Right after we ordered the avocado toast that comes with a coffee and orange juice according to the menu. Then we waited for a good 10 minutes and people that came in after us started to get served silverware, water etc, meanwhile we don’t even have our orange juice. I had to ask the waitress to bring g us either orange juice or coffee while we wait for our food. Right after she brought us everything together including silverware. The avocado tasted bad and the texture was like whipped cream; it was warm with a soft egg on top that wasn’t even cooked correctly. The orange juice was a shot glass, the same used for palate cleaning; this should be a breakfast orange juice glass; the coffee was the worst coffee I ever drank. A black tea has more color than the coffee you get served here. I asked if the coffee was strong and the waitress said it was espresso, this was no espresso. It seemed it came out of a regular coffee machine. Horrible. I proceeded to go inside to pay and leave the food and coffee, we only drank the orange juice. The other waitress present, asked if we wanted to try another cup of coffee which we accepted and if I wanted to exchange the food, my husband said no, I gave them a chance and ordered the tostado de jamón y queso; another disappointment. The coffee was still horrible and the tostado with pita bread not good at all, dry and without flavor. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even for a drink. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures. The original tab was $18.000, I ended up paying $13.000 for two horrible coffees and one tostado. And no one came to check on us after changing the food. I think they should have compensated...

Voy a dejar mi experiencia . El día sábado viajamos más de 2 horas para conocer el lugar , íbamos con expectativas.

Primero pedimos una mesa ..la moza de muy mala gana nos dio una al rayo del sol . Pasaron 5 minutos y pedimos cambiarnos de mesa ..le explicamos y mostramos que una de las chicas del grupo estaba con quemaduras y la exposición al sol le estaba brotando más la piel...a lo que respondió con 0 empatia que "pidan la comida y despues veo donde los puedo ubicar porque tengo mas gente esperando por mesas" . Pasaron 10 minutos más NO traen una frappera "rota" que perdía por toda la parte de abajo el agua que se iba derritiendo y mojando completamente toda la mesa y nuestras pertenencias . La tuvimos que poner al borde que gotee al piso y comer con todos los pies mojados por que las gotas rebotaba en el piso y nos mojaba .

Pasados 20 minutos una mesa se desocupe y pedimos " cambiar de mesa o traer la sombrilla " ....y la respuesta de la moza fue "movela vos si queres , ahora estoy ocupada en otras cosas "

Trajo la gaseosa y no las sirvió, las copas del vino las dejo al borde de la mesa para que cada uno nos agarremos una . El cuchillo que trajo no era para carne .

Tema comida: Pedimos sorrentinos de calabaza ... nos trajeron de jamón y queso "porque no había de calabaza "JAMAS NOS DIERON A ELEGIR OTRA OPCION .

parrillada para dos.. malisima. UN OLOR TERRIBLE TENIA ESA CARNE .

Ensalada de lechuga y tomate , que no nos dieron ni aceite ni achetto . Pedimos !!! Terminamos comiendo solo con un poquito de sal que quedó en la mesa

Obviamente no nos animamos a pedir postre !!!!!!!!!!!

En los baños no había jabon ni papel ... avisamos cuando entramos ...al final la comida volvimos a baño y seguía sin jabón y sin papel ....

Gastamos aproximadamente $15.000 en 1gaseosas de 375 ml,1 cosecha tardia(pedimos vino blanco y era lo único que tenian) , 1 sorrentino ( que era errado porque no lo pedimos de ese gusto ) y 1 parrillada para compartir horrible.

Waited for one single simple salad for almost an hour. Finally it was served in a dirty dish, badly cut (tomato branch & avocado peal were in my plate) with a an oil that had no taste at all.

I handed it in to the waiter and went to the cashier directly to pay for the bottle of water that I consumed (after waiting for it for half an hour).

I felt disgusted: slow service, disrespectful chef, fuel smell from the boats…

Such a waist of time and...
