Very disappointed experience..
Since I was really want to try the food in this restaurant, and for that…..I dropped off the train from Tbilisi to Yerevan…and spent 2 days to Gyumri
But when we came to the restaurant today at around 2pm, the female waitress coming by to us, and I asking “hello, 2 persons please” for the seats and table, and I didn’t mention any food order, the female waitress just replied me “no! no! no!” without any explaining.
We saw the 3 elder local peoples just leaving and seems they want to help us and giving their table for us. But the female waitress just keep saying “no! no! no!”
and we had to leave ‘cause we have no choice…
I don’t know what is going on that such rude by this female waitress, is that we are Asian people, that the restaurant don’t want...

Read moreI spent a few days in Gyumri and had to find out why people love Ponchik Monchik so much! Stopped by for dinner and had an excellent time. Great food and a very extensive menu. The atmosphere was fun and laid-back and the service was excellent. My charming server apologized for not speaking English but it was absolutely no problem . She was kind and attentive with a beautiful smile. The ponchik are absolutely topnotch. Definitely recommend Ponchik Monchik to anyone...
