Ani Restaurant — Restaurant in Gyumri

We visited Gyumri yesterday and went to this restaurant for lunch and were the only guests. To drink we ordered a bottle of Takar rose wine from the menu. But there was no such thing, instead we were offered white wine. I wanted to eat BBQ. That didn't exist either, so something alternative was selected here as well. In the end, the food was very good and tasty and we ended up paying around €30 for everything. But what is very, very annoying and, in my opinion, a rip-off, is that a 20% service fee has to be charged on the bill. In our case, that was more than 6 euros for the service plus the small change that we left behind for the waiter. There was neither live music nor anything special that would justify the additional €6. Although the girls in the service were very friendly and the food wasn't bad, we can therefore recommend everyone not to go there. If you consume €100, that's an additional service charge of €20 and that's a rip-off!!!

Wir haben gestern Gyumri besucht und waren in diesem Restaurant zum Mittagessen und die einzigen Gäste. Zum trinken bestellten wir von der Karte eine Flasche Takar Roséwein. Diesen gab es aber nicht, statt dessen bat man uns Weißwein an. Essen wollte ich BBQ. Das gab es ebenfalls nicht, also auch hier was alternatives ausgewählt. Das Essen war am Ende sehr gut und lecker und wir haben am Ende für alles rund 30,-€ bezahlt. Was aber sehr sehr ärgerlich ist und meines Erachtens Abzocke, sind 20% Servicegebühr auf der Rechnung mit zu verrechnen. In unserem Fall waren das über 6,-€ für den Service plus das Kleingeld das wir für die Bedienung liegen habe lassen. Es gab weder Live Musik noch sonst ureigene etwas, was diese 6,-€ zusätzlich rechtfertigen würde. Obwohl die Mädels im Service sehr freundlich waren und das Essen nicht schlecht kann man von daher jedem empfehlen da nicht hinzugehen.
