Sheeraz — Restaurant in Gyumri

I literally never right bad comment, but most of the staff there deserve this one

. I came there 4 times and had bad experience each time. the first time the lady at the entrance stared at me the whole time I was eating which make me feel uncomfortable, she was smiling at first but then like staring at me all the time. The other time I asked for the bill two times and was late and had to insist several time (the restaurant was almost empty) and finally the last time I asked for different things and each time it feels like I was bothering them. the lady at the entrance was even laughing when I was asking for something, even though I was near her. regarding the food it was good but pricy for what it is. I came back there because it is calm and quiet place to work but now I am done with this restaurant. I also observe them with other client older then me, and they were not behaving like that which makes me think that they just don't really care when it's people around their age, so please be respectful, decent and professional with all your customers.

Lovely place to have dinner or just a drink in the daytime. Coffee and ice cream is insanely good! 😋

My only complaint would be that the staff look so miserable and very unhelpful 😒! Considering who owns this restaurant you would think he would advise his staff to at lest crack a smile to the customers ! Getting someone to take your order is difficult when the staff are on their phones 🙃 Saying that there is one guy who is spot on with service today and even cleans the table as soon as people leave and works hard. Haven’t seen his here often but...

I live in Gyumri, so I know really well cafes and restaurants in Gyumri. This cafe first visited my mom, so she was not satisfied. Then I suggested to give a chance to this place. Firstly they will not notice they have a client waiting for a menu. After 25 minutes they will bring you the menu without even saying sorry. Then we waited a really long time for a cake that we ordered. In the end they brought a FROZEN cake (not fresh as promised), it was cold yet and not eatable 🤢 Will never suggest...
