Craftsmen's Tsaghkadzor Restaurant House — Restaurant in Tsakhkadzor

This restaurant is the best available fine dining restaurant in Tsaghkadzor , especially for families and couples. The food is reasonably priced and the greatest blessing was the availablity of atleast some vegetarian options which was a godsend for vegetarians like us. The service was quite prompt with quite elegant layout especially with the new salon section. Another big plus is that most of the staff can communicate in English which is big plus in Armenia. A couple of minor grouses would be lack of a more expanded menu - our sincere request to the Craftsman team to try to add some south Asian dishes if possible in the future given the number of toursits from south Asia . The other odd thing is that bottled water seems to be pricey than vodka ( possibly people in Armenia drink more vodka than water ) . Our vegetarian recommendation is to try out the creamy Pesto pasta ..it's quite creamy and tasty ..in fact we ordered it repeatedly on two separate occasions.

Overall it's a solid thumbs up to Craftsmans Restaurant house - our rating is a 4.85 ( would have been a perfect 5.0 save the two minor grouses indicated above ) . A must visit for lunch or dinner when visiting...

Craftsman's was tremendous. We had a lovely time. The vibe was excellent, the decor very nice, the service was outstanding, and the food terrific. The server was extremely attentive and helpful. We had a child with us, and she helped him order a pizza (pepperoni with black olives) that he enjoyed very much (it was quite good for adults too). The skirt steak was cooked perfectly and the beet and Roquefort salad was great. Strong wine list and knowledge wine staff. We will absolutely be returning. One important idea for management: I feel you are on the cusp of cornering the après ski crowd. The restaurant is located on the way to the slopes and could easily be accessed by many people leaving the slopes in search of food or drinks. If there was a golf buggy shuttle servicing passengers from the ropeway to the restaurant it could be incredible. Use the space outdoors (with fires) for a great après vibe for drinks and conversation and have the indoors ready for people when they get hungry. Either way--we will be back and I cannot recommend...

I am so happy to share my uniquely pleasant experience with Craftsmen's hospitality. On 19th Dec 24, I was staying at Hotel Alva with my wife and kids. Me and my wife checked on google for a good rated restaurant for having dinner. Since it was already dark, me and wife decided to walk to Craftsmen's to pack dinner for 4 of us. When we reached there, we found that there was some kind of official function going on. Without knowing what's going on, we asked a lady if we can get food packed. The Manager came by and informed that they were having Corporate function and the restaurant is closed for guests. We were walking out when we met Mr. Armen Frangulyan, founder of FYM Hospitality Group and his Marketing Manager. The very politely informed us that because of their official party they are unable to serve us buy offered us a takeaway. The packed big portions of dinner and sweets for our full family.
