This university is ridiculously expensive, and yet the quality of education hasn’t improved one bit. Tuition fees keep going up year after year, seemingly just “manually adjusted” without any real justification.
The registration process is an absolute nightmare — slow, disorganized, and stressful. I am on and off with this university for 4 years now and I am shocked to see that nothing has improved since then, aside from a new website (which doesn’t really solve the bigger issues).
While there are some professors who are genuinely professional and knowledgeable, there are also plenty who can barely speak English and seem completely lost in their own classes. I honestly don’t understand how some of them were even hired.

One of the university with worst hospitality, the receptionist didn't let us use the waiting area as we were waiting for a friend while it was raining outside. When we asked if we could use the WC the receptionist told us to use the Cafe across the street, how aweful attitude!! Though it says American University of Armenia but it doesn't have that standard.
