Al Pacino Pizzeria — Restaurant in Adelaide

Poor quality recently. Not cooked through and cold raw dough in the middle. Not sure if under different management, but the quality of the food has plummeted. Shop looks dirty, and sat in the dull light on last visit as owner did not even have lights on. Won’t return, sadly now the service and quality gone. Miserable older lady serving not a good look. Not her age more the dirty clothes and attitude. I see some of the responses in other review, indeed I agree, the toppings are NOT quality, and don't blame the customer for your own poor time management, food errors and disgusting customer service. I gather the shop has changed hands, such a radical change in quality is obvious. looks like they only offer a couple of toppings, and a gourmet seafood is sad only offering three toppings ?? Cannot see business thriving for you like this. Actually you may be reported to an authority with the nature of your food prep also, yep - change your gloves after handling money and then touching food, wiping your nose, scratching your face, all in the same gloves...

Lady was pushing me to take someone else's pizza when I waited for 15 mins . They mistakenly delivered my pizza to someone else. Secondly she said I was stressing out. Guys learn how to speak to your customers otherwise I see you guys closing down soon

I do realise human make mistake. Again when I called I said I will be there in 10 mins and lady on the phone said it was take 15. I drove from City to Regency road and was there in 15.

When I arrived I just said my name that's all.

Where are the signs of Hurry Up .........

I never asked you to hurry up . Sorry I guess again you guys are not accepting the fact that it was your mistake . After making the mistake you asked me to make 1 more pizza to which I said Yes and then came your comment that you were STRESSING OUT. Please stop making assumptions .

If that ever happens to another customer you can offer that customer a pizza for free... Rather than blaming him out...

The two aspects that stand out are value for money and attention to detail in pizza making.

It's a smallish operation but they prepare well and genuinely welcome guests to their restaurant.

The quality of pizza was solid and while a little light on in some respects, overall it was above average quality.

We all enjoyed the base - correct combination of thickness and cook time in the conveyor oven.

The ingredients were of a fair quality and we would get takeaway again from there.

I would say the restaurant venue itself is somewhat spartan so perhaps not a good place to linger, but by all means have a takeaway but get it fresh, don't food delivery service it, get it yourself and he as freshly made...
