I moved from interstate in Adelaide and the same week I moved I had a really bad experience with DESI SWAD which is food truck just a single food truck with lots of variety I searched and call them in advance before visit. I want to share my bad experience with these people. I drove by car this place couple of days ago 45 min drive just for unlimited pani puri. as a same community we know we all have bad experience with our own people but there are good too who very well know how to build trust and relationships with customers so that they will die to come that place again and again even if it’s too far doesn’t matter because it’s all about customer service of course food quality. Now what happened with me , I asked the girl first when I entered in the driveway where three four people where talking about something in Gujarati and I asked that girl about menu. I asked if they have also other dishes she said yes so I thought let’s eat first for what I came unlimited pani puri and then I will order vada pav and pav bhaji. So she said just cross this and that and there are serving pani puri so I went again inside and I saw there are three other people who were already in queue and having unlimited pani puri so I waited 15/18 minutes looking at her who was serving it . After waited sometime she didn’t asked me firstly anything not even bothered to even greetings , after waited that long long time finally I asked her that lady that Can I join in the queue she literally said NO I told her that why not , she said because they already started so you need to wait, so I said but this is unlimited panipuri right what they are having and I also want the same unlimited (17.99$) so anyone can join anytime , because it’s unlimited which means no counting at all , that how much one person ate and how much not. Still she didn’t allow me to join. After that I realised that they just want to make money because they know very well that one person at one time will have maximum only May be 10-12 pani puri or May be little bit more, so she knew that I was alone so once they will finish with those people than they will start serve to me then how much one person will eat if there are no one else in unlimited one , because there are no breaks at all, you just have to keep going eat eat and eat. And if with those three people and me , it means four people will eat at the same time there will be little bit gap to chew one pani puri because it’s goes around three other person after you. I got so angry as it was dinner time I was hungry and not only that the most important thing is on top of that is I drove my car 45 minutes far for this type of food truck who doesn’t even know how to do business sorry for my bad words but that’s fact and truth is always bitter. So I want to alert ‼️ all of you that be careful if you are going to visit this place.

Best place for egg lovers all over the Adelaide If you are a fan of Surti egg dishes in Chopati style - speciality of Gujarat, try this place and you will never look back. Perfect blend of creamy and spicy deliciousness. Tried multiple dishes, all of them are rich and yummy in taste. Personally I find Lachko, Lapeti and Australian fry the most flavourful.

Now they have started ragda Panipuri also. Which was 10/10 in taste,service,cleanliness.
