Oh my god I need to tell you about the Dal Makhani!! It was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever tasted, EVER!! I don’t know who the chef was on the night of 19 October 2022 but I would like to bless them and hope they have a long, happy and healthy life, because this dish was clearly made with love and attention and cooking genius. It was just so tasty and delicious and it had layers of awesomeness that we couldn’t get over. My husband and I were watching something on Netflix and we tasted it and we looked at each other and went - OH. MY. GOD. This dal is the best we have ever tasted. Sometimes you go to restaurants and you eat dal and you’re like, yeah, cool, lentils, yep, whatever, nothing to write home about. But this - this was seriously off the charts amazing and definitely something to write home (or a google review) about. How could you even make something that sounds kinda boring this good?? Even the consistency was creamy and perfect, not like the watery slop some restaurants serve for dal. Anyway, I just had to get that out. Get the dal makhani! Get it now! Disappointing! We have been ordering from here for ages and have never been disappointed, until a few weeks ago, when our order looked like someone had eaten some of it! Moving on… ordered last night. Delivery expected 6.25pm - 6.45 pm. I was in the bedroom next to the front door and no one knocked. A friend came at 6.20pm and found our order covered in ants! I rang Bombay vintage and the little mouthpiece said the driver had knocked, he knew this as he was on the phone and heard the knock? He said contact menulog, which I did, and they have given me a voucher to cover the cost of...

Wouldn't recommend. Food is good and is what I would expect from any indain restaurant, however we called ahead which they said half hour only to then get there and wait almost another 30 minutes! And they didn't even say sorry. The staff were also pretty unattentive and not very interested in their job, leaving people calling at the kitchen door for service. The inside of the restaurant needs alot of work, really just looks like they through down some tables and chair with no effort being put into the look. Sorry but I won't be coming back and don't recommend...
