As a family member is vegan, I checked carefully about food prep before I booked. I was given a very confident response when asking about vegan food prep here: vegan food is cooked separately, fried food (like a side of fries) is only cooked in a fryer with other fries, which is separate to one used for seafood/meat, no animal products in vegan food. Very different story when we arrived. Limited vegetarian options, even less vegan. Breads used contained egg, side of fries cooked in the ONE deep fryer with seafood/meat products. No separate vegan prep as I had been so confidently advised of when booking. I discussed this with the manager, and although very apologetic, confirmed the non-vegan prep of the 'vegan' item that was ordered. A replacement meal was offered and prepared, but I couldn't shake the small lingering doubts. Why do you offer 'vegan' options when they aren't vegan? Other meals ordered were very nice and the wait staff very pleasant.

Walked in no table set up in outdoor seating area as requested , when highchair was brought to us was thilthy , had to go inside to get our own water and glasses salt pepper and cutlery as these were not provided , waiter dropped our starter said nothing didnt apologies or get a replacement until we complained when we did we were given $5 back with an attitude , for a starter that shouldn't be $15 for 5 measly mozzarella sticks to begin with major rip off , when the meals came out after a lengthly wait were small portions chicken breast not trimmed lots of nasty bits in it and dry, chips were way over cooked and oily mums salad was not fresh , floors were sticky its was not good overall not impressed with the service and food was a let down after coming here many years contacted management to demand our refund to be rejected sorry but $130 is alot of money to leave dissapointed and hungry not good enough wont be returning place has...

Tonight I ordered an entree and main of the creamy mushroom pasta. They failed to tell me over the phone that they no longer do entree servings on their entire menu. I arrived to pick up my order, I questioned whether it was entree or not and they said I had an entree. It wasn’t until after I had paid for my meals that they stated “oh we don’t do entree servings”. The boss who was serving me at the time, then called over the girl who took my order and told her off in front of me… And to think that the service was the worst part, it sure wasn’t, the food had no flavour at all in fact it tasted like paper and was extremely dry.
