Pan Indian — Restaurant in Adelaide

If I could select 0 stars for service at Pan Indian in Morphett Vale I would. We ordered close to $100 for delivery from the restaurant which never arrived. After multiple phone calls to the restaurant and promises to call us back the delivery driver arrived an hour late empty handed and admitted to giving the order to the wrong house. When I finally got on to the manager they offered to resend the order (now 1.5 hours after it was due to arrive) with a complimentary drink but no refund. So we asked for a full refund and were left without dinner.

Terrible terrible service. No apologies were given or accountability was taken by management or the owner for the mistake and even after advising that we were loyal customers who had ordered from them many times in the past they dug their heels in. Well all I can say to management at Pan Indian Morphett Vale is I hope your heels are comfy there. By refusing to come to the party with the small gesture of giving us a complimentary meal for our trouble you lost years worth of business and potentially thousands of dollars in potential revenue from us and everyone we tell about...

I wouldn't normally leave negative reviews but not impressed at all! Ordered and was given a 90 minute wait time which was not great then after it was 10 minutes late had to call and was told it would be another 30 minutes with no offer of money back or anything like that... A simple courtesy call to Change the delivery time and we would have been much more understanding can't tell you if the food is good since after 2 and a half hours it's still not here. Disgraceful service update - they delivered the completely wrong meals and things missing so had to call back and eventually got the correct curries still missing a rice and wrong entree and of course food by then a bit soggy, cold and generally average. Very bad service and lots of inconvenience. 1stly there was no1 at the front desk and took them around 15 mins to help me with food menu. While i was yet eating snacks they accidentally broke glass in my food and few pieces of glass even stabbed my hand a bit. Towards end when i asked them for invoice they even denied me the invoice saying they do not have provisions for printing invoices. I told them legally they cannot deny me invoice they promised that I ll get invoice by 10pm only. My snacks were wasted due to pieces of glass pieces in that yet they charged me full amount for the snack too. I wont recommend any1 to visit this restaurant if they are looking for good food and...
