We are big bubble tea fans and thought we'd try one from this brand at the van set up at the Port Elliot show. I asked what white pearls were as we usually get black pearls which are tapioca pearls soaked in brown sugar. He explained that the white pearls were a jelly rather than tapioca because they last longer. He offered to add them to our drinks for free and soak them in brown sugar first. That seemed awesome and we were thankful and made it more appealing to give it a try. I was then charged for them anyway which confused me but I didn't bother questioning it because I would've paid that much anyway if he hadn't offered. It just felt a bit uncomfortable since he had literally just offered it. He was really keen to get feedback so here it is. I wish we had gotten the white pearls for free, only because neither of us ate them. They were tasteless gelatin bits that had an awful, inconsistent texture. They weren't even round like pearls so the experience was very jarring. It was a really off-putting addition to a reasonable tasting drink (brown sugar milk tea). The drink itself wasn't as good as gongcha or monumentea versions but it wasn't bad. I think there was a lot of passion and enthusiasm from the guy serving but the product was average or just below average for quite a high price. It might be cheaper at one of their stores and they do have tapioca pearls at their stores so we would give them another try if we went that far. I wouldn't go out of my way though as there are reliable options in the area and I'm loyal to what I like.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place just made me want to share my experience with everybody just because I really enjoyed it. Firstly—to get it out of the way—yes, it's SO worth it, the drinks are very yummy and fresh UGH<3 I had only gone to Coles and half of it was already gone! Now, my experience with that amazing man behind the counter was one of the best servers I have ever encountered!!! He was the sweetest, most outgoing man literally anyone could ever run into. Even though it was a short chat; It was a nice little chat we had about the selections and he was even so kind enough to offer if there's anything I think would help best for when selecting drinks on the self-order board (nothing btw, I think it was very helpful!) - I've never met someone so passionate before, this is the cutest shop ever <3

Thank you so much for supplying delicious beverages for our engagement party :-) The drinks were an absolute hit, communication and drop off was fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for a friendlier team to work with. Thanks again so much I enjoyed the last remaining bubble tea, the following day for cleanup :-) We Strongly recommend having bubble teas, catered for an event x

A local gem we absolutely love! We’ve been going to Bubble Me Tea at Southgate Shops in Reynella for ages, and it’s about time we left a review—especially now that they’ve opened their brand-new, bigger shop in the shopping centre!

The couple who run it are genuinely some of the kindest people we’ve met. Even when it’s busy, they always take the time to chat and somehow still remember our order every time (green peach tea with passionfruit popping pearls—perfection!).

The new shop has an electric vibe with a clean, fresh aesthetic. The menu is super clear, with heaps of colourful options that make it easy for both adults and kids to find something fun. Our kids love experimenting with the different textures—popping pearls, jellies, you name it.

Taste-wise, it’s always consistent. The flavours are true to name, never overly sweet, and the team can customise sweetness levels too. One of my personal favourites is the matcha—so smooth and balanced and with a fruity flavour of mango...hmmm heaven.

As a family with food allergies, we’re thrilled they now offer vegan coconut soft serve! It’s delicious and inclusive, which perfectly aligns with their whole ethos. They’re really mindful of gluten- and dairy-free needs, which makes us feel so considered every time we visit.

If you’re after something more exciting than your usual drink, or you just need a little afternoon pick-me-up, Bubble Me Tea has you covered. We’re so lucky to have them in...

I'd give 5 stars simply for the service!! So refreshing to see someone offer genuine customer service, with a smile and such amazing energy. It was rather busy when we were there today, Uber eats orders, people both in and outside the shop and in the middle of it all a young lady asked a simple question that most places would have just shot a 1 line answer. This gentleman stopped what he was doing to approach her and walk her through every single question and concern she had while ordering and gave her tips and advice on what would work best to allow her the best option, he then upgraded her drink! The 2 drinks we got were great! and yes we would go back for the product, but honestly it's the above and beyond service we not only received but witnessed that has been the big talking point. Keep it up and I hope this...
