Worst Pizza Experience – A Complete Waste of $72

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Claude's Pizza was so bad that I felt it was important to speak up. I spent $72 on my order, expecting a good meal but it turned out to be one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had.

The pizzas arrived completely dry, burnt, and barely edible. The crust was hard as a rock overcooked to the point that it felt like chewing on wood. There was no moisture, no flavor, and absolutely no care put into the preparation. It looked and tasted like something that had been left in the oven far too long and then just thrown into a box.

What made it worse was the Simply Cheese pizza something that should be simple and satisfying. Instead, the cheese was stiff, rubbery, and impossible to chew. It felt old, overbaked, and just wrong in every way. Even the most basic pizza should not be this bad.

Spending $72 on such poor quality food was not just disappointing – it was frustrating. I ended up throwing most of it away. It honestly felt like I’d wasted my money.

I really hope the team at Claude's Pizza takes this feedback seriously. Customers deserve fresh, properly made food, especially when they’re paying this kind of price. This was beyond unacceptable, and I won’t be...

Stopped in this pizza store for the first and last time tonight, I've a person that doesn't mind paying extra for a really nice decent pizza but what I got for my $48 (2x basic pizzas 2x garlic bread and 1x drink) I will now would choose domino's next time over this place even though I have a very big dislike for domino's pizza I'll be paying a fraction of the pizza for the same quality. Usually food has been not that bad in the past but last night we had ordered quite a bit for a birthday and I have to say I wasn’t impressed. Food was cold (obviously fault of Uber driver seeing that we waited almost an hour from the time he picked up our order and we only live 10 mins away) but the food didn’t taste good either.
