Firstly I want to thank the team at ZigZag, you guys do amazing work! I had my first ZigZag experience a couple of weeks ago (Thursday 5th July) and can't recommend them highly enough since my visit. The team is 1st class. They have their 'Aces in Places' and it appeared each team member was a specialist in their field. My pizza order was going to feed 8 people but I also wanted to get some Pasta for some people at work the next day. I asked if they had pre-made lasagne that I could buy cold and heat the next day. I was amazed when they said 'no' - because the pasta is made there - from scratch - when you order it!!! Who does that??? ZigZag do!!!! I have some experience working in pizza shops from my younger days and I can guarantee the pizza's from ZigZag are like you stepped behind the counter and made them for yourself. The quality, quantity, and care taken to produce these pizzas is exceptional (see pics). The Vegan Lasagne was huge, served in a foam container the size of Chicken shop hot pack (pic) and the person I ordered it for loved it. The Vegan Carbonara (Fettuccine) gave me three cereal bowl size serves - and was delicious to boot! The Vegan Cheesy Garlic Bread was sensational, and also responsible for inducing involuntary moans & groans of enjoyment (Mmmm nom nom nom...). I would normally be able to eat half a large pizza in one sitting easily, but after starting with half of a Cheesy Garlic Bread I was only able to have two pieces of pizza before I was full. The pizzas are so satisfyingly filling, you have to experience it to believe it. Don't be put off by the location of the shop, the exterior building looks like a place retail outlets go to die, but the quality of the people behind the counter and the food they produce is exemplary and worthy of a national franchise IMO. Thanks again ZigZag,...
Read moreI ordered a family pizza and french fries today; the pizza arrived within expected time. Fries had oil smell in them and very soggy. Worst thing was pizza; ate one bite and I knew something is not right. I asked my daughter to eat one bite, she also disliked it. Pizza was stale, cheese felt like chewing rubber. We called up the shop, the man on the other side was Harsh. When we complained, he said he will make sure next time, pizza is good. We asked but what do we eat now? Harsh said, if you come over, I will change pizza...we drove to the store with the pizza .....Harsh said, "pizza was lying outside for 15 minutes because delivery boy came late....next time you do not order online. What can I do?" I found it very annoying to be advised on how to order a pizza (as if I never ordered food online?). His arguments instead of feeling sorry upset me so much, I said, keep pizza, keep money....." Harsh said, "OK". We will never buy from this shop. Pathetic quality, arrogant attitude and poor...
Read moreVery shameful experience. I think they are trying to cover for some loss from customers. I went there they charged me 20% for dine in and also usually its $1.5 for extra sauce but they charged me $3 for each pizza. On phone they quoted $50 but we ended up paying $72. We were unable to argue about it. Very embarrassing for a business
Thanks for your reply anyway. Ask the old person who charged us 20% dine in fee. We asked for the deal of 2 party size pizzas which is usually $45 but they canceled our deal because we were dining in and they said we will charge $50. After that the deal of party pizza+ garlic bread+ drink usually cost $29 and we ordered two of them which should cost 58 in total and adding sauce is usually $1 each pizza today he charged $6 on both pizzas. Why $4 extra? Why your prices fluctuates? There was no mean to pay $72. Even including deal and sauce maximum we should have paid even according to you should be $62. Improve your service not only response in...
