If I could give you a 0 stars I would.. look Iāve never had an amazing experience with any dominos really thereās always some issues but itās kind of like McDonaldās you know what your paying for itās convenient and easy but omg.. last night I had friends over, we spent nearly $70 on pizzas and I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The pizzas were delivered, we had ordered 4 pizzas and 3 sides. All sides were there but only 2 pizzas. It was really annoying but I figured Iāve had things missing before Iāll call them and itāll be all good! I called the store and before it even really had a chance to ring I was put onto hold. I kind of thought okay maybe itās busy, Iāll wait. Waited a few minutes and then decided Iād call back in case it was a mistake and they didnāt even realise I was on hold. I called back and a guy answered. I explained that Iād ordered 4 pizzas but only 2 were delivered he then said āoh weāre you on hold for a managerā I began saying āyes I was on hold butā¦ā was cut off and sent back to hold. Now Iām confused cause Iām thinking I didnāt ask for a manager I hadnāt even spoken to anyone. So I hung up and called back again now slightly angry I said āI just called you put me on hold twice I didnāt ask for a manager I hadnāt even spoken to anyone I just want to know where my pizzas areā he said āok what pizzas were you missingā then he said ātheyāre being delivered stillā and Iām confused so I ask what he meant he said that the driver was coming back so I asked him to check and make sure thats right because it didnāt sound right theyād just been delivered maybe 8 minutes prior. He left and came back saying yeah theyāre coming back. Just pointing out that at this time there was no sorry said not even a tone of being apologetic it was as if I was the problem. I said ok thanks and left it at that. 30 minutes later still no pizza so I call back explain who I was and what I was waiting for and asked where they were and again his answer was simply ādo you want us to remake those ones for you?ā Umm yes you had said they were on there way what do you mean, had we left it were you just going to leave it and hope I said nothing. This young manās tone was horrific for customer service, he never apologised or even faked being apologetic for their massive screw up, I was treated poorly from the get go even though Iām usually the most understanding when it comes to issues I just couldnāt believe this. Oh and to top it off at the end of all that when they were āremaking themā for us he asked for my details and then said ok thatāll be about half an hour! Not āsorry weāre busy but we will get it there as soon as we canā not āitāll be there as soon as possibleā but instead ur going to wait now an hour and a bit after your first pizzas arrived for the rest of your pizzas. He needs to be fired or just moved off of customer service because wow and donāt send out another one of those free pizza things we wonāt be going back to you at all.. Iād rather drive 30 minutes myself then deal with...

Dominos owed me 11 Pizzas due to a previous error last week, today I attempted to order one out of the 11.
I placed the order at 3pm for a pick up at 5pm. When my father went to pick it up at that time, he was advised that there is no dough and the wait on this pizza would be a further hour or more.
I spoke to a female staff member who said they were the manager, they agreed to deliver the pizza to my house by 6:30pm.
I then contacted back at 6:30pm as I had not received my delivery and the manager said that they canāt get the pizza to me as the dough is not ready.
I went back to the store at 7:10pm and there were allot of customers waiting, the customers were angry and the screen on the wall said my pizza would be ready in ā8 minutesā, I spoke to a girl and she said it would be ready soon.
I then asked to speak with the manager again and they were unable to tell me who to talk to, during this time the minutes on the screen changed from ā8 minutesā to ā104 minutesā.
They advised that this is because the dough was still not ready and they just getting it prepared now. Two of the male staff came and apologised and they were lovely, but the other staff were displaying terrible customer service and I will never recommend that anyone go to this store.
How can they not have any dough ready at 5pm on a Saturday night, especially as my order was placed at 3pm, they had plenty of preparation time for one pizza.
If they did not have any dough, they should have called prior because my father then made an unnecessary trip.
In the end, I did not receive my pizza and am extremely disappointed in the bad customer service, the two female staff laughing behind the counter and the disorganisation of this store.

There was this lady working night shift who was extremely rude. She hung upon me when reporting an issue. The other āmangerā didnāt really handle the situation, he just let her reply for him so Iām not sure if his scared of her or what. They usually get my order wrong, and the work environment seems so toxic (had a young family member bullied by older staff for no reason) Iām not sure what their bullying policy is like but they clearly dont care if Iāve walked in and seen it go down⦠really in front of customersā¦.. I feel bad for the younger kids who havenāt had a job before having to deal with that sort of bullying. Iāve never been to a workplace where they speak to customers in such a rude way. I was so shocked honestly. There clearly is an issues with food quality and customer service ( in reviews and my own history as Iāve been going here for years) so my best advice is for some sort of training or maybe speaking...
