Domino's Pizza Hove — Restaurant in Adelaide

Delivery was an hour and a half late and the food sat ready in store for an hour and a half. Tried several times to contact the store who didn’t answer the phone despite being open until midnight. Due to this had no way of knowing what was happening with our order!

Do not recommend ordering delivery at 9pm on a Friday night, especially if you have hungry teenagers…

After checking reviews I see we are not the only ones having issues receiving orders. Absolutely disgraceful Hove. Think you need to reassess your staff and remind them no matter how busy to answer the phone!!!! And why does the app say you’re closed at 10.30pm if you’re so busy that you can’t answer the phones?!? Glad I don’t own this store because you’ll continue to lose customers. This store has degraded significantly over the last 6 months. The toppings are taking less and less area of the dough. The last order 23.8.20 (which will be our last order ever) showed the lack of quality control. One pizza wasn't cut and the toppings were watery and fell off the base. The other was 'missing' a significant section off one edge and was basically cold! This obviously happened prior to cooking as the edge of the dough was brown and sealed. Yet that somehow passed inspection and sets the standard for their pizzas. The photo shows the pizza as we received it. Very poor.

Filthy facilities. Children running the show. We knew itd be a stuff up when we rang cos the girl had no clue how to take an order. Arrived and waited over 40 mins to pick up my order. I kept asking where it was and they'd check and say a few more minutes. Eventually they admitted they didn't have an order for me. They had a similar order they'd been calling out the name for but calling Liv for 3 pizzas when I was Liz with 2 pizzas. So of course I wasn't taking that order. Ended up with cold pizzas.
