Yummy drinks but i ordered 3 mango smoothies and got some other drinks with ice cubes in it when i said are these smoothies i asked for smoothies she said no i thought you asked for what ever they were i couldnt understand her but anyway i said no well i would like them swapped please because i asked for mango smoothies and she wasnt going to swap them and implied its my fault because she told me to look at the screen before i paid and expected me to know that mongo ft was something else and not what i asked for i told them if the smoothies are more ill pay the difference to get smoothies she said the smoothies are 10c cheaper i said keep the money and swap them to what i asked for please she was still hesitant i said im never coming here again my partner asked her to please just swap them because she will not drink any other one especially one she didnt know what it was so she then agreed to change them and was apologetic after so was a turn around but just took a little bit...

Very bad drink and service.. I ordered brown sugar FRESH MILK with pearl because I don't like tea in it.. and was given with tea and it taste literally disgusting. Then I checked my receipt and it says MT = milk tea.. so I went back to the shop to ask to change my drink because it taste like tea in it and in the receipt it says that too.. But I had a bad customer service experience and the girl refused to make me a new drink.. so I returned my paid unused drink to her and never going back here again. P/s I know what brown sugar fresh milk w/pearl taste like and it has been my favorite drink for years.. and this experience is very very bad. I advice if you want a good pearl milk drink never buy...

I want to give a huge thank you to the Gong Cha staff. Recently, I forgot my wallet there without even realising it, and a kind staff member actually went out of their way to return it to my house—with everything still inside. That level of honesty and service is rare!

Also, every time I visit, I order the Alisan tea, but I prefer it to taste more like mango rather than tea. I always ask for extra mango syrup, and they happily accommodate my request without any fuss, even though it’s not part of the usual recipe.
