Great Nature Vegetarian Snacks and Grocery — Restaurant in Adelaide

Absolutely great food, options and well thought out changing daily menu! The lady who runs it is an absolute machine, legend and one woman show! She works so hard and by herself to run the place alone 6 days a week and only goes away on holidays once a year to have a break from all the blood, sweat and tears she puts into her vegan restaurant! I actually cannot get over how hard she works, what a quality person she is, how amazing her food and extensive stock is, and she deserves all the applause she gets from the vegan community!

If you’re or even v-curious, I highly recommend going there for either a beautiful take away or to sit down meal. She also does $10 meal deals for left over hot food of the day in the last hour of her opening times each day. Additionally, the store also doubles as a little super market of vegan options. From vegan marshmallow, chocolate (including Easter eggs), desserts, meat substitutes and almost everything you can think of in between.

She also participates in the Pay It Forward scheme with free meals for customers on hard times. Other customers can pay meals forward as apart of the scheme and she’s really a remarkable lady and fantastic community member in all the things she does!

I am in awe of her hard work and dedication! Everything is slightly vegan and if you want to contribute to a very good vegan only business, this is one of the best people need...

This is my go to place since moving to Christie's Beach. They stock the infamous Lamyong plant based meats (vegan crispy chicken, Chunky fish and the fake Duck are my favourite). They constantly have fridges stocked ready to go with the plant based meats and comparatively to supermarkets is far more reasonable with big bags and the best quality. They always have a wide variety of cheeses, chocolates, dried foods and sauces as well. I had some of their spring rolls takeaway which are made fresh and they were delicious. Planning to eat here soon, but have no doubt it will be amazing. Owner is always friendly and it's a pleasure...

Found out about this place on FB, visit for the 1st time on 1Jan2024, opened on a public holiday! no onion no garlic throughout, suits oriental vegetarian diet which is somewhat difficult to find around the city in many vegan places. All the dishes looked so good making it difficult to choose. Ended up choosing 2 diff options, taste great. The portion of rice is a bit limited though, maybe could ask customers if that's enough? Will come back again next...
