Do NOT order from here. If they make a mistake, they accuse you of lying, are extremely rude and give you attitude over the phone. Last Friday evening, I made a online delivery through their website, there was only menulog option and food was delivered via menulog. I was working from home all day, but got food for my mum as well so decided to order myself a burger too so I can eat it later on (I don't mind re-heating burgers and eating it later) and didn't make sense to do a delivery order twice. For myself, I ordered the Grill Masters Double Brooklyn Angus, after I was done with work, I finally sat down to eat which was around 10:30pm, I ate some of the burger, didn't taste odd, but when it fell apart and I opened it to put pickles back on I noticed 2 slices of bacon. I don't consume pork. I stop eating and re-check burger I got just incase I ordered wrong one, but I didn't. So, I called up and a man answered the phone with just "hello", I first thought it was wrong number but when I asked who that is he told me its HJ's paralowie. I explained to him that I got a delivery order hours ago and when I finally sat down to eat my burger now, it was wrong and I couldn't consume the rest, he responded with, "well... if you wait hours to eat a burger, its going to be inedible, so...", (clearly not listening to my issue) I was NOT complaining about the quality, I was explaining that my burger was incorrect and had bacon slices in it. Bacon doesn't magically appear in burgers when hours go by, maybe he thinks this might happen but it definitely doesn't. I told him what burger I ordered and he told me, "oh well, that burger comes with bacon", actually, it doesn't, he asked a co-worker and they verified it doesn't come with bacon so he understood the mistake. I mentioned that I took a photo of it as proof and he seemed very annoyed and said, "so... let me get this straight, you got this burgers hours ago, its wrong and you decided to call up NOW??". This man clearly doesn't listen to anything I said, I clearly mentioned that I just sat down to eat now, its not a crime to eat your food later. He then demanded me to bring the burger back as evidence for a replacement. I told him I cannot come tonight, there is a reason why I got DELIVERY, he then suggested I save it, bring it tomorrow and get a replacement or else he cannot do anything about it. I thought about bringing it back the next day, but I am not going to waste petrol to fix THEIR mistake, bring the soggy burger as evidence and have them replace it, no thanks. If this man is the 'manager', then I am the Queen of Spain. He doesn't know the menu, he is extremely rude, questioning "why it took me hours to call up to complain" when he already knew I just sat down to eat now and his first response was "if you wait hours to eat, food becomes inedible" just shows that he knew why I called up then and was looking for a excuse to be rude and nitpicking.

If any of you have missing food, wrong burger or a mistake, don't bother complaining, the manager will be extremely rude, try to blame you for THEIR mistake. He also didn't apologize and sounded like he didn't want to be there...
Update: I contacted menulog about this issue and mentioned the appalling 'customer service' and they refunded...
Read moreit is 24 hours mcdonald(pooraka), about mid night i got a delievery from that shop and that is my first time went to there, because i also working in macas i know after 10pm they will close the door then i went to the drive through to pick up my order when there has no other cars, the crew(a overnight manager) is very rude, before she passed the food to me she order me to pick up first otherwise wont give it to me, it is some kind of threating, and she was very mean, it is overnoight and raining, i always have a passion to give best experiece to customers, this made me very uncomfortable, then i got some hungry jacks delieveries, because their shop door is closed so this time i didnt drive my car to pick up(because last mcdonald shop's crew blamed me use theii drive through, then this hungry jacks crew says i must drive my car to pick up them, yeah, he says like what i say, and before i talked with this hungray jacks crew member i had standed there for 2 mins i tried to let the crew know i am there, but looks he pretended not see me until i call him... this two shops are very close ,i feel so tough because these two shop's experience and then i got a not-lilke button from a shop between these two, i didn know which one buttoned it , it impacted my rate, i feel as a dievery driver is so hard, some shop crews are very kind and respect , but some very rude, when i met very kind shop crews i will feel very happy when doing my delievery feel full energy and think it is a very good role to give customers happy food experience, i feel very unfair because these kind of things, it is some kind of bullying, and i also fund it is hard to find a path to complain these things. yeah, i must speak up because i treat my delievery job as a...
Read moreI went through drive through last night and ordered a family bundle (I’m sure the ‘manager’ will remember me’) and the young lady through the drive through order asked if i would like to upsize my meal to large and I specifically asked ‘do i get the glasses’ if i upgrade’. She responded with ‘yes, you do’. So I said yeah upgrade it. Once we proceeded to the window to pick up our food, there were no glasses given and I asked about the glasses and I was told no, you don’t get them with this meal. I advised the girl about what we were told previously and she said, there was nothing she could do and we won’t get them. Another older blonde lady came up very rude and just said ‘what’s the problem’. I advised of the situation and she said ‘well you must have understood and we can’t give you the glasses’. I then proceeded to say that there was nothing misunderstanding and that I wouldn’t have ordered a large bundle if the glasses would not be included’. The older lady (I’m guessing the supervisor/manager in charge) didn’t care one bit for it and just told me can’t do it and I can return your food. So as I was frustrated already I said yes here return it and give me a medium meal. So we sat in the drive through line, held everyone up(it was getting busy) while she proceeded to return the food and refund the difference.
