Hello Zambrero Management
I don't normally like to take things as far as having to send an email but I am absolutely infuriated with the quality of the food I received on Wednesday evening especially when I paid almost $75 in food and services.
I was really looking forward to having my rare takeout as a single struggling parent this is a special occasion for my son and I to be left utterly disappointed and upset. The nachos I ordered had too much seasoning on the corn chips which was extremely over bearing and there was toppings missing on-top as well. My burrito was ineatable as the amount of sauce put on just took away from the rest of the food. The quesadillas looked like they were just slapped in the bowl most of the filling wasn't even in the content.
The young staff members you have working for you really need to understand the meaning of customers service plus quality control. From the food I received it indicates that they have no care or pride in their job nor the business they represent which is a concern for you as a manager. Consistency and quality is imperative as Zambreros is not classified as an affordable take out option. Please take this constructive criticism on board as times are tough for not only customers but businesses like yourself are too struggling, the need for clientele to continue is very important to continue trading and that means consistency. Don't think I'll be coming back too soon sorry was really upsetting for me.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was excited to get my small nacho meal through Menulog tonight, but the experience was really disappointing. The Menulog app did not state when the store closed, so I placed my order at 9:45pm and received it at 10:30pm.
When I opened my order, I noticed there were no jalapeƱos or fork (which I specifically ordered), and instead, there was a napkin with a handwritten message: āWe close at 10. Why did you order!?ā
I was absolutely shocked. This felt extremely rude and unprofessional, especially considering they could have simply declined the order if it was too late. To make things worse, writing on a napkin thatās given to a customer is unsanitary.
The food itself was average at best, but after this experience, I wonāt be ordering from Zambrero Paralowie again. Customer service goes a long way, and this location really needs to work on theirs. The food was mid at best just like there...

Recieved bag that had the tabs on it for delivery purposes felt light, opened it up and only had half my order.I was missing a whole meal aswell as condiments. Rung to sort the issue and was told it's an uber eats problem. Uber eats had delivered there service promptly and like I stated bag had been un opened tags still intact which means the food wasn't even put in the bag!
Absolute crock of $#!t couldn't even be bothered finding the missing bowl more interested in trying to explain the steps to get a refund through uber eats.
