Their food quality can be a bit hit and miss in terms of freshness. I reckon the amount of times I've had to correct the drink outweighs the amount of times I haven't needed to, service isn't exactly great by drive thru staff. I think the word I'm after is absent? They're not always exactly flustered or seemingly busy, but perhaps are finally calming down after a rush and are just absent from listening/ on auto pilot. I get it, it's just annoying when trying to communicate with them and they're already back into space. Maybe some wellbeing practices would be cool up in their positions so they can try and bring themselves back faster, maybe have a Rubik's cube or something squishy up there for some quick entertainment i dont know 😅
In saying that, the management is eager to rectify any issues and we've received support when our order was of inedible quality on one event.
When you are served fresh food, it's pretty great. Fair portions/ pieces. Everything has gone up, I have noticed on one or two occasions where something has been a separate price to what's advertised on the boards but appeared as the higher price online and was of course always rectified quickly on the outdoor boards. I do appreciate though how they aren't automatic like other drive thrus constantly changing while I'm reading.
It is a little bit tight of a drive thru but it's not really a fault of KFCs, it's just an odd car park in an area where locals must own the whole road and are impatient.
I do miss ordering face to face, but this isn't a limited con of Paralowie KFC, most (if not all) stores have taken this direction.
They often handle online...
Read moreThe manager tonight was amazing! All the staff were. The whole team that was on 30th June. Last night I went to KFC with my family. My son is autistic and he doesn't like sounds. 3 men were dining in and they noticed my son move away from my daughter's to get away from the sound and sit close by them. I noticed my son struggling as I was at the counter but unsure what was going on. My daughter approached me to let me know these 3 men were clicking their fingers at him and making noises on purpose to bother him. I told the manager and he was so good he asked the 3 men to leave and told them that their behaviour is not acceptable and they will have to go. He asked if I'd like to take it further and he offered me a free drink and he was so polite to us and caring about my son's needs and he responded how I would expect a manager to and I was really happy. He made us feel comfortable to sit and eat and what I especially liked is he wasn't affraid to let them know that their behaviour is wrong and not acceptable. 1 in 4 children are now diagnosed with autism and some people need to be more educated and understand how to act right. The food was all perfect also and we had no...
Read moreShouldn't tell customers to park when have no system in place or waiting bays.. waited 20 mins in drive through then told to park because have to cook chicken. No parks out the front because was busy and other people who where parked. Parked in car park across from kfc.
Decided to go in because don't want to be waiting 30 plus minutes then never receive my meal. Went in and told them waiting inside. Meal took another 20 mins to cook and make.. do not park cars to keep drive through times down if you're not going to make orders in order. There is no parking system in place at all more worried about drive through times than customers..
Whilst waiting I watched numerous zingers go out which was apparently what I was waiting on... i was apologised to and given 2 free mouse's but not good enough other customers where coming in from drive through and being parked complaining because they forgot parts of there meals.. one even never recieved his meal!
Either put a system in place to park cars or don't park cars.. I've worked at KFC in the past and never parked cars, never.. I understand it's a busy KFC and drive through times are important but the customer is...
