This is one of my favourite Indian restaurants. However, tonightâs customer service was just terrible. The guy who answered the call was extremely inpatient and rude. He even said that he explained to me âa thousand of timesâ. Excuse me?Later on, he even cancelled my call without me finishing the conversation.
I ordered the food twice, and asked them to cancel my first order. They didnât do it and said they were preparing it. After the delivery service helped me cancel the first order, I was waiting for my second order for more than ONE HOUR. It wasnât delivered because they canceled the order on their own WITHOUT calling and informing me. They also didnât update the order status as canceled, so it showed as âthe restaurant is preparing your foodâ on my app.
My partner called them and the same guy picked up, and his attitude was really good towards my partner. I donât know the reasons behind the attitude and I just find it unacceptable...
   Read moreThey didn't open until the evening but when I rang they said if I gave them an hour notice they can do a lunch order specially. So ordered and picked up at 3pm. Wanted a takeaway as we live two hours away from Adelaide. Got home, we just ate and are stuffed full, I mean full as a bingo bus đ I initially saw an online deal but when I rang they were happy to do the same meal deal for 4 just no alcohol (fair enough). It was really nice and very good quality, taste, quantity and variety with the deal. The vindaloo was perfect temperature and the naan bread was great. All the little sauces and extras were perfect and it was a great meal to take home. Deserts were very tasty. Very good price for a 4 person feast. Will definitely be back there without a doubt. Thanks for doing a special lunch order even though the restaurant wasn't open....
   Read moreI understand if there was a genuine delay in making the order and the restaurant couldnât get my address on ubereats. I have my phone number added to the account but I didnât receive any call to inform about the delay and issue. And when I called 40 minutes after placing the order I was informed that the restaurant didnât even start making my order as they were trying to get my proper address. Still understand and I am not a fussy person but the staff member who picked up my call was extremely rude. Instead of dealing with a upset customer in a patient way he said âI have explained in a couple of times and its not our faultâ and then that I was wasting time by arguing with him. If this is what you call hospitality, I am concerned. Please teach your staff how to respond properly...
