Honest reviewHonest review
Combination rice + coffee = $27.9 (abit too much compared to most place) Combination rice 2/5 _Price: way too expensive for the quality and quantity (no pickle, no soup and thinly cut of pork chop) _Flavors: was eatable, it was misleading as menu said roasted pork belly but all I got was pork belly cooked/reheated in deep fryer. Coffee 2/5 Not enough coffee flavor nor condensed milk Service 4/5 Waitress was quite friendly and welcoming

Ok place for lunch. Had a good meal there. Size of the Pho dishes is good value and the Special Fried rice good too. Clean and tidy restaurant with nice staff and food comes out quickly. Banh Mi rolls are only takeaway though. Ample parking across the street.

Especially good pho soups, priced reasonably for portions served. Paper roll prices relatively high for some reason but still good nonetheless. Friendly service with patience for kids which hasn't always been the case elsewhere.

Awful and rude service. The person who took our order was a girl with bangs and glasses, extremely rude attitude. I don’t care what the owner has to say to defend this girl, but this is how we felt as a customer, and in hospitality, the customer is always right, we’re not dumb and delusional, and no one is free enough to write a review if it didn’t actually happen. As a person working in hospitality, it is common sense that you treat customers with love and care and make them feel valued, even if it’s just an act. Literally the basics. This girl could not even crack a smile, rudely telling us that we had to do this and that. If you want good reviews about this dingy restaurant, fix her working attitude, not saying at all that she’s a bad person, but she needs to be aware that the way she acts at work and the way she glared at us did not make us feel welcomed at all. Also, this is genuine feedback that you guys need to open up and take in if you want your restaurant to do better. You have a rule where everyone MUST order a main meal, if not then the waitress girl will rudely tell you so. Such an odd rule honestly, if you want to keep this rule at least include entrees in your useless rule. Not everyone comes to a restaurant starving, people come to restaurants to catch up as well, talk etc. your restaurant does not have a comfortable atmosphere as were all forced to have a main meal each if we wanted to stay here, even if...

We went to Hoi An because the restaurant we switched to, Vietland on Portrush Road was closed. A year ago we stopped going there as we found the person behind the till quite abrupt and rude. We went back to give them a second chance, hoping things had improved or it was just a bad day for them. Unfortunately, we had an even worse experience. We were having a late lunch at 2pm and about a third of the seats were taken. We were informed that our 2 and 4 year old daughters had to purchase a main meal to occupy a seat or we couldnt eat there. Our daughters had already had lunch at their grandparents. As alluded there was about 6 other tables available. Highly unlikely to be filled considering the time of the day. I had a quick peruse of the recent reviews and the unpleasant nature of this restaurant owner appears to be an ongoing theme. We actually think ownership has changed in the last year, as previously it was nice there and didnt have such rigid conditions to allow eating here. Its interesting to read the responses to the previous similar reviews to mine. The owners responses are pleasant online, but in person she is quite mean spirited. Do yourself a favour and travel 2-3 minutes to Vietland. The girls there are so more pleasant. Food is...

The only saving grace for this place is the food is reasonably good ( although my dish was a small stringy portion size ) but the service is terrible, I won't be back, the guy serving me looks like he hates the job, no smile, nothing friendly about him, and hates any questions or anything other than the normal menu, my friend asked for some chilli sauce and he said ' WHAT ! ' , also I asked for a large serve of extra rice for the takeaway because I always like more and he said he didn't have a large sizes because not enough customers want it, I have him some feedback that maybe he should have that on the menu but he didn't like my feedback and has no idea how to deal with customers in a polite and friendly way and dismissed anything I had to say. I have also read many bad reviews here with many defensive replies from the owner instead of taking responsibility to make the...
