On 12/10, at 4.15pm, the counter where food is packed, was filthy and covered in food. 4 young teens working, only one in uniform. So called “manager” not even in uniform. Staff too busy cleaning out the back rather than sorting the orders and putting the 15 customers that were waiting first.
Ridiculous wait time of 20 minutes for 10 nuggets that just need to be put in a bag, because the worker packing food was too busy talking to a worker who had finished shift that was just hanging around near the counter.
A different customer was told after over 20 minutes of waiting that there was no tenders, and they refused to make her a burger as a replacement. They did not take her concern seriously, and were seen smirking and laughing about it. The manager took a long time to come over and speak to the customer, to then tell her that she will not give her the go bucket if she refunds her order. Just disgusting how she treated for their incompetence.
Will not be coming back to this KFC. Children can not run...

Read moreThe man in counter already see us standing for a while. He is assembling one doordash order as i can see it from the monitor no other order and no other customer waiting expect from me. I tried asking since we are standing already for quite sometime if we can order. We didnt use the pos ordering because we wanted to pay cash. Tried asking loud and clear if we can order but man ignored didnt even look at the back. After he assemble order he look at us again and continue bagging the order. After 6 minutes thats the time he ask what we wanted to order. Ive been working as assistant manager in one of the shop here.
