There was an old lady, she cannot see well and unable to walk well (she needs the support of a walking stick and her companion were elsewhere), first of all, the look on the staff's face was very disrespectful, her tone of voice did not show any patience, sounds like she was telling the customer "don't waste my time". The food here is actually quite good, BUT... as many people have said in the reviews, the attitude of the (younger) staff is absolutely terrible! The young lady server is particularly rude - eye rolls and horrible smart** responses. If there is an issue with the order, there's no apologies, they just take the food off you and either hide the offending ingredient (this happened once), or remove it.

It really is a shame, as the food is actually decent (they do get a lot of foot traffic). Please be kinder to your customers - it really is common decency in this country to be kind to each other - and your customers will be kinder to you. Had Seafood combination soup for lunch and beef pho soup for my son, it tasted horrible too salty and full of oil. Was not worth $14 per bowl. Ate only the small seafood and noodles. It was impossible to drink the soup with a small flat wooden spoon. My son could not drink the soup with flat wooden spoon. The staff in the counter was very rude and disgusting. Pushing you to hurry your order even though was no one else ordering at that time. Two ladies from the kitchen came out serving food without masks. I asked for a little bowl for chilli and gave me a frowning look. As if everything asked from the customer was too much for them.
