To be honest, I’m really disappointed buy the food that I got delivered. I ordered my food around 6:19pm . Going to checkout it said 6:33 pm deliver. I scheduled my time accordingly. But when did my food got delivered??!!! 7:15 after almost an hour. And thats not the worst part. My food was stone cold, salads were all soggy inside the bun, bun itself was soggy with the sauce. Literally, my food was same temperature as my drinks that I ordered along with.
In between the delivery period, after 40/45 mins I called them to check on my order, as its fast-food, as they say, and the food should have been delivered. Well, I was told sometime the driver takes long time to arrive and deliver(blamed to the driver). As I was hungry, I waited. As my food arrived the driver apologised saying KFC waited him more than 25 mins to pick the food, also which ai could see on the tracking that was provided.
Being really disappointed for the stone-cold food, called them and stated my food was cold. Instead or consoling, straight away I was told my money would be refunded.
Wow!! Nice way of stopping someone’s voice with refund when someone is hungry and is wanting to eat something as quick as possible.
If you cant deliver the product you attempt to deliver, then why would you advertise falsely . If you guys are busy, people would understand. Just increase your timeframe of delivery. Not just leave it to standard delivery time. If you give a proper time frame people would know how to schedule.

We must have been in the drive thru lane for at least 15 mins. I would have let this go if the food was good but it was shocking. We specifically asked for fresh fries noting we expect they love to give out the dregs and what did we get… soft, old, crappy fries. Absolutely woeful. The burgers while still tasty, I swear are half the size they used to be. The chicken fillets were seriously tiny. And they claim 50g protein in a zinger on their website… absolute lies! Popcorn chicken was at least ok and the potato and gravy also alright. That’s all that saved this review from being a 1 star.
So overall, it was no good and I won’t be heading back to KFC anytime again soon, if ever again. Honestly, that place has gone to shite. Don’t waste your time with this awful excuse for fast food. Save yourself the hassle and got to Maccas or HJ’s if you...

The second time in a month that we have been dissapointed.
Picture this... husband and wife had a hard day at work, rough few days and just want some takeaway comfort. Off sets husband to the Port Adelaide KFC. 'yes dear I know we've been dissapointed before and never did get a reply about out complaint when we had all chicken wing pieces in our 6 piece box.'
Husband comes home, sits down to enjoy his meal and a bit of TV... it's a confort night.
