We had the worst hospitality experience here yesterday and this is hard because we live on a cruise ship traveling the world… The staff started off super kind but the moment something wrong happened the staff were super unhelpful and outright rude. There was a miscommunication with the vegan meal (which we said was okay but we’re happy to pay for the mishap even though the cream wasn’t listed in the ingredients) We then failed to receive all the rice until 10 minutes after we got the curries. So by the time we got the rice the curries were cold. We then never received popadoms or 2 of the side dishes (which included chips and a side of rice) they then pulled the rice out of the microwave… When we voiced we didn’t appreciate this and that we weren’t happy to pay for those sides as we didn’t receive them the staff were extremely rude and refused to give us any discount or anything let off. And they made us pay for the extra stuff we did not receive. They told us their names were Mardi and Sam, but these are probably fake names as they were so rude and the way they acted it would be embarrassing to give us their real names. The woman that was “the manager” didn’t even want to talk to us, she hid in the kitchen and refused to talk to us until one of the males of our party requested to talk to her, she then didn’t listen and just put the bill in front of us and pressured us to pay. Which made us extremely uncomfortable and disgusted. We wish we could give a good review as we were so excited to eat here, but we absolutely will not be returning and would never tell anyone to come here. We have a lot of contact with over 3,000 guest on a single cruise and will not be recommending this restaurant to any of our customers after the awful experience we...

The worst butter chicken, malai kofta in my life…. Honestly if you dont know how to cook properly INDIAN GOOD probably, you should shut down your business! Are you Indian or what? I UNDERSTAND butter chicken supposed to be creamy sweet , its normal… i tried many restaurants and different butter chicken, but butter chicken in your restaurant in the worst, sweet like 1kg sugar you put in there, less creamy taste, but very sharp strong sugary sweet, feel like even more sweet than mango curry ! I am a fan of Indian butter chicken but not this restaurant, Malai Kofta also sweet but lucky it’s less than butter chicken but still sweeter than normal! Anyway, i was so hungry, couldn’t wait to have nice Indian Curry, got your order full of sugar that made me feel sick, eat 2 spoons and threw all of them in the bin… such a waste… HOPEFULLY ANYONE READ THIS REVIEW, GO TO ANOTHER RESTAURANT. My husband choose this restaurant ( bad luck) i always have a better one when come to Indian Restaurant! Never RECOMMEND this restaurant to anyone! They have no idea how to cook a basic butter chicken !...

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Never Again!

I ordered tandoori chicken from this takeaway for the first time and had a terrible experience from start to finish.

Firstly, they told me the wait would be 30 minutes — which is already quite long for a takeaway — but I respected that. However, when I arrived, they made me wait an additional 15 minutes on top of that. Totally unprofessional.

Secondly, when I finally got the food, I was shocked. The chicken pieces were huge — not even close to normal serving sizes for humans. Honestly, I wouldn’t even give such oversized chunks to my dog. It was impossible to eat comfortably.

Thirdly, the amount of red food coloring in the chicken was just ridiculous. Even after washing my hands multiple times, the stain wouldn’t come off — it stuck to my hands and nails like dye.

Worst of all, after eating it, my stomach felt extremely upset. It completely ruined my night.

This was my first and definitely last visit. I won’t be coming back and would not recommend...
