I did not appreciate the attitude I got because I was delayed getting to my door for the delivery e.g "did you hear me knocking?!" ... if I hadn't heard them knock, I wouldn't have answered the door...! I was putting my baby down and in doing so safely, it took me a bit of time to get to the door. I also was not expecting the order so soon as the app told me it was going to be delivered 20 minutes later than what it was. Faster delivery is usually good, but in this case I was using the time to put my baby to sleep and was not expecting the food to turn up 20 minutes early.

Good food, but lose the attitude.

I will think twice before I order from here again.

Update: In response to the reply below, I was informed by your app that the food was going to be delivered 20 minutes later than what it was. I had no notification that it would be here 20 minutes early. There is also no place on the app to leave a note eg please leave by the door.

I did not appreciate the tone in which I was spoken to at the door, especially as a paying customer. I also do not appreciate the back handed, rude response...

Overall this restaurant is not organised and don't know how to handle big groups. Went for my sisters 70th birthday with 21 people. 1 round table for 11 and 2 table of 5. They could've set the 3 tables together in the room of just us so we all felt together. They took the food orders from our smaller tables and just couldn't wait for the larger table to finish deciding on their selections, which was about 5 minutes. All 21 guests received starters or entrees quickly. The 2 tables of 5 received their mains quickly and all had finished for quite some time & the round table of 11 hadn't received any. It was roughly 1 hour - 1 hour 15 mins before we received our main order. We all paid separately and when my sister paid her & husbands amount it was not correct. The debacle that occurred was terrible for my sister and finished her 70th birthday dinner upset by all that occurred on the night. Honestly, they need to organise and set up the restaurant better for larger groups and sort out their order system. My sister and husband like to eat there, but...

Very bad service, racist . We booked for a birthday 🎂 celebration. They had a table for us near the fish tank. We requested to have seats away from the fish 🐟 tank . They had a table but we found a better looking round table and kindly requested to sit there. There were 6 of us and 1 more guest was coming later. The lady serving us made a grumpy 😡 face . She also made a comment that we spoiled the paper on the round table. We didn’t , it fell on its own . She seemed to have issues with us, was arrogant looking and not happy to see us . Also didn’t feel like giving us a better table . We left and didn’t eat there. Racist as they seem extremely ecstatic 🤩 to serve Caucasian customers. We celebrated at Phuket where the staff were so warm and friendly. Respectful . The food is cheaper there too . Also a friend has bought food from Kwen earlier and complained that they seem to serve old , reheated meals . We didn’t believe her and trusted Kwen but guess she was right about the food and...
