We visited for the Pizza & Pasta buffet on a Monday night a few weeks back. Maybe we missed the fine print but we imagined that as a traditional Italian establishment we might get to try a good selection of really tasty pizza/pasta. Spoiler alert - there was 5 different pastas and only 5 different pizzas. The pizza's were simply boring and quite honestly, not tasty at all. On top of that, the pizza's were so soggy that every time you tried to pick a piece up, all the topping just slid off. Like an American movie, the only choice was to fold the pizza ove, NY style. The peperoni/salami.....or whatever it was pizza, is what I was most looking forward to but the salami was not tasty or even nice. It's the main ingredient, use a tasty salami for petes sake. One of the Pasta dishes was really nice and I had a couple of serves of that one. The service was average, it was quite a while before we were offered the option to order a drink. We also observed staff eating food, while we were waiting for fresh pizza. We did not observe any of the pasta replenished in the time we were there. This would be an expensive night out for a family with kids, considering, from memory, a soft drink was around the $8 Dollar mark We all agreed that it was not very good value at $30/head with the limited options. One rating guide we use with reviews is....Is this better than we make ourselves?....The answer here, was a resounding No, not even close. Would not return or recommend.

A nice cafe/pizzeria in a lovely neighbourhood. Staff was unfortunately not very attentive or receptive, seemed like they didn't want to be there. I had to find myself a table and get myself a menu and order at the counter and also get myself water. There was a good selection of food on offer. I had the rib eye steak and a glass of lemon lime bitters. The rib eye steak was inconsistently cooked, as it was a bit overcooked on the outside but the inside was not too bad. I was also rather confused and annoyed at the fact that the steak was cut up into thin slices, which took away from the eating experience. Maybe the chef wanted to check the doneness? Taste wise however, it was excellent and beautifully seasoned too. The mushroom sauce and the veggies which came with it were sensational. Overall great tasting food but service could be much better, considering that they really only had one table in the time I was there.

We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and served fresh, but what really made our visit stand out was the service. Maria and Yori were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our meal. They made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make sure the kids were happy and comfortable. Their warm personalities truly added to the atmosphere, and to top it off, they even surprised the little ones with free ice cream—which absolutely made their day! It’s rare to find staff who show so much genuine care and love for families. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

I came here with my sisters and mum for Mother’s Day. I had high hopes as my mum had been there for lunch a couple days prior. I know we don’t know what is going on in others lives so I’m not usually one to judge or be negative but I’m genuinely so disappointed by this place. My sister already wrote a review but our food was over an hour wait. No salt and pepper on the table. When we did get served some of the waiters were not friendly. We were all starving by the time the food came out & it was terribly disappointing. Aranchini balls tasted like frozen ones from the grocery store. My pasta was undercooked, chicken schnitzel terrible, my mums gnocchi (on Mother’s Day) was terrible, no flavour in any of the meals. Beef was chewy and again no flavour. The only thing nice was the champagne 🤣 They forgot my MUMs dessert on MOTHERS DAY. Dessert again not too nice. A waiter did give us an extra dessert which was nice of him. The toilets are disgraceful, broken mirror, broken seat and smelt like vomit. The old man who gave a live performance was lovely. But I think it did go on a bit too long and a bit too loud. Overall, we’d hoped they’d at least say sorry for the inconvenience or discount our meals as it was 100% not worth the money. But neither happened. I have a friend that works here so I’m saying this to help you guys. Things have gotta improve please. Sorry for the negativity but our experience...

This place has recently come under new management, and sadly, it has significantly gone down hill. Of the four dishes we ordered, each was unsatisfying.

The 300g steak could not have been even 200g, possibly even not much more than 150g. It was ordered rare and came a uniform throughtout unappealing grey. It was truly horrible to look upon, not even a hint of pink in the middle and no searing on the outside. It had strings of gristle and sinew throughout and was shoe-leather tough.

The garlic prawns had no flavour and pretty much no garlic. There were only four prawns on the plate and maybe a half cup of overcooked rice. It was also drowned in some sort of thin, flavourless whitish sauce.

The pasta was more or less nude. There was a tiny smear of colour clinging to the sides which was supposed to be the sauce. The vegetables obvously came out of a can.

The pizza had paper thin crust and was mostly denuded of any topping. An 8 year old got through it in 10 minutes and wanted something else to eat.

And all this for outrageous prices that approach that of some of better restaurants.

Oh, and the waitress kept getting our order wrong and bringing an incorrect dish.

Avoid....
