I had a horrible pizza experience yesterday from this store.I had ordered Vietnamese chicken pizza for pickup .When I brought home I saw piles and piles of aioli on my pizza.I called them about the issue .they asked me to come with a pizza so they could make another.because I had two slices of pizza after getting rid of the aioli and coleslaw from the pizza, manager thinks he did not have to make a new one or provide refund when I went to the Unley store however he thinks there was no problem with a pizza ,that amount of aioli is normal and that’s up to their standard.when I told him it’s super unhealthy for me as there was so much aioli on the pizza. He said he couldn’t do any thing as I had two slices but he could have made a new one if I didn’t ate any.I live 15 min away from store so I had to travel store twice and the manager who said he was a owner didn’t feel sorry but insisted there was nothing with his pizza. Terrible manager:owner doesn’t even know about the customer service. The manager was very rude .he should not be working in hospitality industry.you are horrible, insane, and shameless, very unprofessional. If there was no problem with pizza why would we travel back and forth, we paid for that pizza and we have every right to express our experience..please use your commonsense.so it does not matter if we ate 2 slices or 3 slices ..we were hungry so still tried to eat but we couldn’t. I would not...

We arrived after 15 minutes of ordering as told by the website. Pizza was not ready, which is fine, this happens, things get hectic. Got told 8-10 minute wait. No problem.
10 minutes later we get our pizzas and both are on the standard crust instead of sesame seed crust. The Vegan Shepherd's lie is missing tomatos, hearbs and also the signature potatos and truffle oil but to our suprise is also topped up with parmisan cheese. Which is not vegan. A bit annoying, but whatever, maybe we just got someone else's pizza. When we brought this to the managers attention, he tried to reason back to us that all the ingredients were correct, and that parmisan cheese really did belong in a vegan pizza.
At that point it became clear to us, that our needs were not important and this place was not to be trusted. If the owner of the establishment was so certain that cheese is vegan then how can we trust that the sauces, and meat alternatives that were used were also vegan.
They made a new pizza for us, that was still missing the correct crust and ingredients. No apology, no discount, no great customer service at Crust Unley. If you don't know or understand dietary requirements maybe don't sell those items then.
I suppose we will venture out to Crust West Lakes in hopes of...

Worst Uber Eats experience I've ever had. Food took almost two hours to arrive and said they were wrapping up for about 45 mins of that time. While I watched poor delivery drivers make their way to collect the order on their own dime and then cancel.
After the 4th change of delivery driver I contacted the pizza bar and was told it was because there was no Prosciutto so we had to wait until they got their hands on some. Firstly, I would've thought at this point it wouldn't really matter whether it was on there or not. And secondly I would've thought that it might be pretty standard in the industry to contact someone if an order that was meant to be ready after an hour at the latest was going to take two hours.
When the pizza did arrive, there was no Prosciutto on there at all. Clearly they were unsuccessful in acquiring this most necessary ingredient. This place is way beyond a joke.
This occurred on 27/02/22 between ~1800-2000. I strongly encourage anyone who is interested in the convenience of ordering a pizza look elsewhere. There are plenty of places around here but this place...
