McDonald's Adelaide Airport — Restaurant in Adelaide

Went to grab some food before my flight used the kiosk one didn't work so I went to the other finished my order when I got to the end it said printer error so I went to the counter where I was ignored for over 5 mins the poor new guy was on the coffee machine not getting taught proper procedure while the lad in the managers shirt stood packing bags when I was finally served to pay for my order I was told it wasn't in the system I said that's fine we can just put it through again but the manager lady told the new kid to find my order between 80 and 89 I said it fine but the guy kept looking after not finding my order we put it through again at this time another manager worked out talking about rosters while I was waiting on my food the dark hair manager was just standing on her phone When the next customer had the same thing happen to him with the kiosk the 2nd lady manager looked at him and said he must have cancelled it to which I responded I'm sorry I think there's a problem with the kiosk she said I know there's a problem with them there's nothing we can do I responded with that's fine but you shouldn't blame the customer and she just walked away. She returned as my food was ready that's when manager number 1 said here can you give this to him I can deal with him and I was given my food. Only got a 1 star because it won't let you do 0. I've always defended maccas as it's just junk food and the staff are young and mistakes are often made. But I don't think I've come across staff as rude as the staff here. Food was wrong I went back and was very polite in telling them they had made a mistake. No apology. No we'll fix that for you, the girl took my food, rolled her eyes threw the food in the bin and walked off. I stood waiting for my replacement that didn't come, I asked another girl who was serving if my food was going to be replaced, she grunted walked off then came back with 1 burger gave it to me and walked off. No sign of the other burger. I asked the girl if the other burger was coming, again not a word then put a burger on the counter and walked off. I shouted in a very out voice thank you, when I really wanted to tell her that manners cost nothing. Our chips were now cold and we regretted not getting food from the pub. Adelaide Airport Maccas was actively trying to give my food poisoning and did not care one bit. I went there a couple days ago and ordered a bigmac sauce with my meal. The sauces were pre made in a tub sitting directly under a heat lamp were they pack the orders. I opened the sauce and it was completely discolored and had gone off. The sauce must have been sitting there for hours. I showed the worker the sauce and asked for a new one. They proceeded to give me one from the same tub. I opened the tub and same thing but even more discolored. They then took that sauce back from me put it back in the tub ready to go out to the next person.

BigMac sauce being a egg based product can give you serious good poisoning when not stored properly and the workers here fo not care about your safety.
